This wonderful and extremely private Four Bedroom direct intracosatal waterfront vacation home (with custom heated pool) is situated just a few short blocks from the beach in the prestigious beachside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. The property is newly renovated and has been custom designed and furnished by the property owner to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. The home is situated on the direct intracoastal waterway and offers breathtaking views of the non-stop boating activity that South Florida is known for throughout the world. You will not want to leave the rear yard.

The property... offers a large open floorplan with the entire rear portion of the home offering floor to ceiling windows overlooking the custom heated pool and intracoastal waterway. The living room is quite spacious and offers a leather sectional sofa, coffee table and 47” plasma television. There is also a secondary living area with a full size leather futon sofa. The dining room offers seating for eight, as well as breathtaking views of the waterway. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation.

The master suite is spacious (not to mention extremely private) and offers a king size bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and a plasma television. The master bathroom has undergone a complete renovation and offers a fantastic custom walk-in shower, marble vanity sink and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a plasma television. Bedroom three offers a queen size bed, nightstand and a plasma television. Bedroom four offers two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser and a plasma television.

The second bathroom has also undergone a complete renovation and offers a beautiful custom shower, new flooring and a granite vanity sink. The home also offers a full size laundry facility.

The rear yard is spacious and extremely private, offering a custom heated swimming pool with an outdoor patio table and chairs, and a new stainless bbq.

Some of Florida's finest restaurants and shopping are a short distance away.

This one has it all!! Sleeps 8 comfortably and is able to sleep 10 with aero bed. Pack-n-Play crib available upon request.

  A million dollar view!

  Let me start off by saying that this experience was wonderful. By the Sea Vacation Villas staff was great! Very professional and caring, the whole rental experience was great. The house worked well for us. We had 9 adults and a 8 month old baby, and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were good sized, the one complaint would be the Futon was not fit for an adult, and was uncomfortable. The backyard and the furniture outside was awesome, we spent alot of time outside. The view from the backyard was breathtaking. We would see on a very regular basis, incredible boats and yachts come by. So here are just a few minor things I would have liked to know before arriving at the house. The linens were kinda old. There were bath towels that were a little tattered and no hand towels. There also were no beach towels. There was only two rolls of toilet paper one in each bathroom, which obviously wasn't a good thing. Also, the house had light switches throughout the house that didn't work. What lights did work were kind of random, and the kitchen lighting was very poor. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes etc., but no paper goods such as napkins or paper towels. The washer and dryer were in great shape and really worked well, it was a blessing to have them. These are relatively minor things but kinda good to know so you can be prepared. I would definetly use this company again for a vacation rental.

  Spectacular!

  My wife and I rented Casa Bella for the month of February 2012. The photographs of the house do not do it justice. The house is beautifully appointed and designed for comfort and easy living. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom and flat screen TV. Both the living room (with large screen TV) and the dining area easily accommodate 10 adults. When our children and family members visited with us, we comfortably hosted a birthday party attended by 20 people. We have rented many houses over the years and this house does not have the look, appointment or feel of a rental - it is like staying in a friends' beautiful home.
  
  The heated pool was a pleasure and the outside lounging areas and deck were great. We spent hours each day just reading and watching the boats sail the Intercoastal.
  
  All of the people at By the Sea Vacation Villas - Tiffany, Renata and Jason - were a pleasure to deal with and always responded promptly and helpfully to all of our requests for assistance or information. A small, but telling, example: We told Jason we were running low on propane for the outdoor grill. When my wife and I returned from dinner that evening, Jason was installing a new propane tank. This was unexpected and much appreciated.
