This Mediterranean style villa is located on a private island right in between the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean in the vacation town Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. A private beach club right on the ocean is only a few minutes walk away, offering tables and BBQ grills. Surfboards, beach chairs and coolers are in the two car garage. The 4 bedroom, 4000 square feet of living space is finished with nothing but the highest grade materials. The first floor level is covered with solid 24' marble plates. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us once again. When we vacation in Florida, your home is always our first choice. It is everything that is advertized on the web site and much more. We love the spacious, well maintained and well stocked home, the lavish landscaping (especially the pool and jacuzzi!) and the exquisite stone and marble throughout the home, a true feeling of luxury. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a private island that is literally a 3 min walk to the private beach. The best feature of the house is that the owner lives near by. Kai is always available to give advice on local attractions or to answer questions or concerns that you might have about the home. He also put together a nice folder with some of his favourite places to dine and wine. You arrive at the home as strangers but leave as friends. With the 3 large master suites, including a 4th room with bunk beds and a queen, there's plenty of room for a larger group than ours. Thanks again Kai, and we will see you in March!
