This ground floor apartment is part of the owner's bungalow and is situated in the hamlet of Trekenner, six miles from Launceston in Cornwall and sleeps up to three people. The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn is at the rear of the owner's bungalow, but is completely self contained with its own entrance. This all ground floor cottage is in the hamlet of Trekenner, close to Launceston in Cornwall and sleeps up to three people with one double bedroom, as well as a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen area, dining area and a sitting area, plus space for one child's fold-out bed. To the outside of this cottag...e, there is off road parking for one car and a private patio with BBQ. The Annexe, Pen-y-Bryn is a lovely cottage in a fantastic area for exploring both Cornwall and Devon.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD, library of DVDs and books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Child’s fold-out bed. Off road parking for one car. Private patio with BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: The rural hamlet of Trekenner is close to the Devon and Cornwall boundary and is ideal for those that wish to explore Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. From Trekenner there is a pub and eating house half-mile walk away, plus the River Tamar is two miles away. The town of Launceston is six miles away, plus the seaside resorts of Bude, Padstow, Plymouth, Polperro and Looe are within driving distance and are all worth exploring. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Auf Grund der Rosamunde Pilcher Filme , wurden wir neugierig auf das Land und die Menschen die dort leben .Wir sind in keinster Weise enttäuscht worden . Der Empfang im Cottage war sehr herzlich und in der Küche stand ein selbstgebackener Kuchen , nebst apfelwein und wunderschönen Rosen . Von unserem Cottage aus war es ideal schöne ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu machen . Besonders hervor zu heben war für uns das Dartmoor und das Eden-Projekt.Vor allen Dingen war das Essen besser als sein Ruf!Landschaftlich ein Traum!!!Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
