This four storey terraced cottage is situated in the town of Launceston, and sleeps up to seven people people in three bedrooms. 2 Tamar View is a Victorian terraced house in Launceston. With three bedrooms, a double and a twin on the first floor, and a family room with a double and a single and an en-suite shower room on the second floor, as well as a first floor bathroom, this is a great cottage for families. There is also a lower ground floor kitchen and utility leading to the conservatory, a ground floor dining room and a ground floor sitting room with open fire. Outside there is an enclosed garden, off road parking and a lockable garage.... With so much to explore in this area, 2 Tamar View is a great family cottage.

Just three miles away is the Tamar Otter Park and taking a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5 mile round trip is essential. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
