Situated on a dead end street in Laval, this 2,100 sq. ft. duplex, beautifully appointed is the perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the City of Montreal. Our tree-lined block is a quiet respite from the traffic, noise and crowds of mid-town. The large drive way & porch offers 3 parking places. It is a 1 mile ride to Montreal mass transit system and the bus stops at the front door. The metro to downtown Montreal is an approximately 25 min ride. Guests will benefit from this ideal location. Not only will guests have the benefit of being a short ride away from the most European style city of North America, they will also take pleasu...re in the peaceful surroundings of Laval.

The living room, kitchen/dining room, the master bedroom and a full bathroom are all located on the main floor. Kitchen was entirely renovated in May 2010 with stainless appliances. The patio-doors lead to the backyard offering 125 sq. ft. private terrace with table, chairs, BBQ and neat plantings. The modern living room was also recently updated to include two love seats (one is a pull-out bed). It's equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR and cable TV. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, selection of cookware, utensils and dishes. We also find a huge, Master bedroom with 10 feet bow window, King-size bed with premium mattress (which could make two twin beds).

In the half basement floor you will find a large living with a queen-size sofa-bed (recently changed) facing the working wood-burning fireplace and a love seat. It's equipped with a 60 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have Queen-size beds. Second bathroom has walk-in shower, hair dryers, complimentary shower gel and soaps, plush towels and premium linens.

The area is well-known for its lively restaurants, abundant shopping, and night life.

Laval is just 20 minutes from Trudeau- Montreal Airport. Des Laurentides highway (15) is nearby so guests may visit the Famous Mont-Tremblant Resort and his Casino which is a 90 minutes ride stopping on mid- way to St-Sauveur-des-Monts Village.

Why book a cramped room in an overpriced Midtown hotel, when you can stay Uptown with double the space away from the hectic noise and traffic and yet be at all the hot spots within minutes?

  5 of us stayed at this location in august of 2012. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed on the main floor and 2 with queen beds in the lower level). Also 2 pullout beds where you can sleep but these were not comfortable at all.
  
  The house is clean, kept well, furnished nice. Lots of cutlery, plates, etc. in the kitchen and also bathrooms filled with towels, soap, etc.
  
  You also have a patio that you can walk out to from the kitchen. The location of the house is
  amazing. 20 mins north of downtown Montreal and located very conveniently to anywhere in
  laval (clubs, restaurants, highways, etc).
  
  Aside from the pullout beds being in poor condition, we have absolutely no complaints. The owner was very polite and we really enjoyed stayed here.
  
  We will be booking this location everytime we are in Montreal. Amazing value for the dollar.

  Fabulous rental home in Laval!

  We recently stayed in this lovely condo while visiting the Montreal area. We were 7 adults in all, including our 3 grown children. The location was perfect, so close to the Metro and highways, yet on a quiet street. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the outdoor patio! The owner was very helpful and gracious in all our communications. We highly recommend this home, and would be pleased to rent it again when we return to the Montreal area.
