Lavallette, NJ OCEAN BEACH summer and winter rental is now available for booking your Jersey Shore vacation. This charming, fresh beach house was all redone in 06. A bright, new kitchen, fully equipped, with granite counters, dish washer,and upscale appliances. Central air, large tile bath, washer/dryer, tile floors. Squeaky clean home and tastefully decorated, everything about this house was great. I would recommend this rental house to anyone. We saved money by having a full kitchen to cook meals in and having the washer and dryer too. Hoping to come back soon.

"a home away from home" This vacation home is incrdiblly clean,comfortable,with all the "things" you may have forgotten to bring. It is walking distance from the beach with a cart to help you transport all the "stuff" you bring to the beach. There is a patio outback with a grill. I definitely will return! As a matter of fact this rates as a "yearly family vacation" Grocery stores are near by,as is a downtown area with several shops and restruants.

Firstly,
Beverly's beach house is beautiful & comfortable & homey...I should know because it was my husbands & I 3rd time renting it! (July 2012) It is a wonderful family area & the beach is only a short walk up the road and the bay is also a very short distance the opposite way! Beverly's house has all the conviences of home including dishwasher,washer & dryer,tv,comfortable beds and a beautiful patio area with flowers,waterfall and Tiki bar!! I know that any family would enjoy staying here very much! It's also close to great restaurants,the Boardwalk and family entertainment! I highly recommend this beautiful home for your family vacation! I look forwrd to going back next July! Beverly save our week! -

We had a wonderful stay at Beverly's beach house and hope to return again soon! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean, with great amenities. The location is also very good - easy walking distance to the beach and the bay. We enjoyed Lavallette very much. The beach is very clean and the boardwalk is perfect for taking walks. We also enjoyed visiting Island Beach State Park, the Seaside Boardwalk and the Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk - all of which are within a short driving distance. Beverly was an absolute delight to work with on arranging our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely home...fully renovated with nice upgrades. It also has a quaint outside area...patio, grill, table & chairs,nice landscaping etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

This adorable beach house,Immaculate, completely rebuilt inside and decorated with excellent taste and comfort. The location is great, short walk to beach. near restaurants, amusements for kids and boardwalks just a short drive away. I highly recommend it.

There are many cookie cutter houses in Ocean Beach Nj and then there is this gem. It stands far and above all the others for it's style, design, cleanliness and hosptitality. It should be featured on Hgtv as "how to make over a beach cottage".

The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful! The outdoor deck was comfortable and perfect for meals. The beach was one block in one direction, the bay one block in the other direction. Gift shops and ice cream were a short walk away. The beach was gorgeous and clean. We had a wonderful week!!

The house is wonderfully appointed and very homey. The ameneties are all up to date. The decor is like being on a carribean isl, with it's very own Tiki Bar to boot. 7min walk to the ocean and 3min walk to the bay beach and playground area. It's only a short drive from the city or central NJ so it makes for a perfect getaway!

My hubby & I stayed at Beverly's home for a weeks vacation in July! We were very happy to see that the home is beautiful,modern,and a comfort to saty in!!! It was a lovely home,inside and outside on the patio! It's very close to the beach,which is so clean and beautiful and mostly families! The house is located close to restaurants,shops and a short drive to the Boardwalk... I highly recommend this lovely home...we will stay here next again! We loved it!!

Beverly Bouman provided us with an immaculate and lovely home in which to enjoy our vacation in Lavallette. We had all the supplies we needed and did not lack for anything! The comfort, location and amenities of the beautiful home were all we could ever ask for. The value and comfort of our home rental was incredible, and we plan to return again very soon!
