(Minimum of one week rental required) Minimum rental one week rental Saturday to Saturday except for urban apartments. Villa Raggiante sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. Located on the Eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, this villa rental in the Italian Lakes has direct lake access by its private beach and open views over the lake and the islands framed by the snow-capped mountains. At a walking distance from the house there are a grocery shops, a bar, and a restaurant. The town of Laveno is 7 kms away. From there it is possible to catch the ferryboat to the Western side of the lake (Stresa, Pallanza etc.) and to the Borromeo Isl...ands famous for their enchanted beauty. Also in Laverno-Mombello you will find a supermarket, banks, post office, and a pharmacy. Arona is 30 km away, while the beautiful Lake Orta is 58 kms away, Milano (Leonardo's Last Supper fresco) 75 kms, Lugano 45 kms, Varese 25 kms, Como 85 kms, Malpensa airport 35 kms far. The villa is charming and private and it is a perfect home for a whole family to settle in and enjoy a memorable vacation on the shore of the Italian lakes. Spacious, well furnished and child-friendly inside and outside, the villa offers open views over the lake and the Borromeo Island framed by Monterosa snow capped top. Please note that no more than 4 children are accepted. We suggest this house for maximum of 2-3 couples and no more than 4 children. Villa Ragginate is about 300 sq meters (3,300 sq.ft.) and stands on a fenced property of about 1000 sq meters (one quarter acre). From the entrance, 9 steps down lead you to the spacious and airy living room with pink colored walls where there is a fireplace, 2 sofas and chairs, and a TV with satellite. The dining area nearby has a table for 10 people, and large panoramic windows that access the beautiful private and furnished terrace where you can enjoy leisurely sunsets and al fresco dining. A BBQ is available. The kitchen, with a storage room behind, is equipped with dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee filter, toaster, oven. On this floor there is also a half bath for guest use.

Upper Floor left side (18 steps): there is one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2-twin beds; these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and handheld shower. On the same floor there is another bedroom with a queen bed, a children bedroom with 4 bunk beds that share one full bathroom with tub and handheld shower. All the bedrooms have beautiful lake views.

Upper Floor right side (the stair of 12 steps is quite narrow): rather small twin bedroom with lake view and full bathroom with shower, an additional room where a crib can be placed is close to the double bedroom. The washing machine is in the mezzanine.

Outside: From the terrace, there is a sloping footpath of about 60 meters (with some small steps), bordered by azaleas bushes to reach the beach and the small quay where a boat can be moored. The villa is quiet and private. An outdoor parking for 4 cars is available inside the property.

We suggest this house for maximum of 2-3 couples and no more than 4 children. Maid service is 3 hours on Wednesday and 3 hours on Saturday for rentals longer than one week, for shorter rentals bed linens changed on Saturday with bath linens changed on Wednesday and Saturday.Read more
