Imagine this! A lovely, tastefully furnished villa for 8, with a heated swimming pool, right in the village and only a two minute walk to the beach, on the south coast of Ile de Re. Villa Jacqueline is in a superb location just 50m from the 7km long beach of Bois Plage en Re, with a restaurant and bar equally close and the shops only 350m from the door.

Accommodation and facilities

This spacious villa is very well equipped and with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms it provides excellent accommodation for a large family group or 2 families holidaying together.

At the entrance of the villa, there is a 28m&sup...2; covered patio with a garden table and chairs. There are 35 photos in the slide sho here of this villa. The spacious main living room of the villa is facing south and is 52m². It includes a kitchen corner, a lounge and a dining area.

The lounge is facing north-south and has 2 sofas, a fire place, canal satellite TV and a coffee table.

The west facing kitchen is well equipped with vitro ceramic cooking hobs, an electric oven, a dish washer, a fridge/freezer, a cooker hood, shelving, a sink and cutlery and crockery. Outside the kitchen is a west facing terrace (15m²).

Through a glass separation, there is the dining area with a table and chairs, as well as a dresser and 2 bookshelves.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room.

Bedroom one (8m²) is facing south-east and has a double bed (140cm), 2 bed side tables and 2 built in wardrobes and is near the bathroom and separate toilet.

The bathroom has a bath and 2 hand basins. From the lounge, you have access to bedroom two (10.40m²) which faces north-east and has 2 single beds (90cm), 2 bed side tables and opens onto a 45m² wooden decking.

Bedroom three (10.30m²) is facing south and has one double bed (140cm), 2 bed side tables and 2 built in wardrobes.

Bedroom four (10.30m²) is facing south and has 2 single beds (90cm) and 2 built in wardrobes. There is a further mattress suitable for a child, if needed.

There is a 3.80 m² hallway that leads to the shower room (4.60m²) which has an Italian style shower, a hand basin and WC.

Off street parking, 50 metres from the villa.

The garden is grassed and has a terraced area (65m²). The swimming pool is 32m² and will be heated from 1/06/2013 and equipped with a security alarm. The villa is also equipped with a BBQ. There is also an outside room with the pool's machinery, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Swimming poolopening dates and details

The local football club is situated behind the villa. They generally play at most once a week and this has never caused inconvenience to previous customers.
