'La Bignone' is a newly refurbished apartment consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom, a lounge/dinning room with kitchenette (fridge, oven/grill and hob), and sofa-bed.
The apartment has central heating for low season lettings.
The apartment enjoys the use of an extensive garden with a large above ground pool 9mx4.5m, with sun-loungers and parasols; there is a spacious covered terrace and BBQ area with tables and chairs.
There is also the use of communal laundry room (with washing machines, ironing equipment, etc), TV room with a large collection of DVD’s, communal freezer, kayaks and bikes, games and books.

The price includes: 7 Nights rental of the apartment, all bed linen, towels and dishcloths.
Heating (low season only, 1st October to 30th April) The use of the garden, pool, bikes and Kayaks (you will need a roof-rack to transport kayaks or we can arrange transportation of Kayaks up the river for 20 euros).
There is a £20 cleaning fee, which is entirely donated to the Out of Afrika charity who are sustainably developing school resources in 3rd world Africa. You can opt-out of this fee by cleaning your apartment before you leave. A thorough clean is expected.

We have just come back from Le Bourg. Really loved it there! The hotel was great value for money - it had everything we needed and the guys who run it (the most intelligent and fun English couple) - are really nice and helpful, they did everything to make our stay pleasant. It is a very rural place, ideal for someone who is happy to do lots of walking and hill walking to balance all those croissants, hot chocolate and cheeses ... If you have a car there is plenty to do, the scenery is breathtaking, there are caves and rocks and cliffs and small rivers. We chose to go in winter as we wanted peace and quiet however, if you want to enjoy various alcohol/cultural events - you should go in spring/summer. We would definitely go again - this place has atmosphere! And also for the kids - it is so good to forget about playgrounds and aqua parks and to enjoy fresh air and beauty of nature!

DorsetStunning Scenic area with lots to explore

We enjoyed our holiday so much in Lentillac Du Causse that we returned again last year to stay in Louise and James' apartments in Cabrerets. The village is stunning and authentically French and the apartments are such great value for money, that you can afford to stay longer.
The apartments were very comfortable and have everything we needed. The little Spar supermarket just up the road can sell you almost anything you need for your stay and the village boulangerie has fantastic patisseries! There are also very good value restaurants in the village.
The village of St Cirq Lapopie, just five minutes away, is a must see. It's the most beautiful village I've ever seen. Also visit Labastide Murat and Cahors are great. We took a great trip on a river boat we hired which was also great fun. We will definitely be back!
