Apartment "Paradise Le Pradet" is nestled between a national park and the Mediterranean Sea, in the village of Le Pradet.
The village of Le Pradet, with a population of approx. 11,000, lies east of Toulon on the Mediterranean Sea. Le Pradet is known for its seaside location, unspoilt nature (national park) and wonderful climate – a great destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

"Paradise Le Pradet" is situated 11km east from the centre of Toulon, on the Mediterranean Coast.
All activities and local services are easily accessible by car, on foot or by the local/area bus services. The bus is very reasonably priced e.g. a single trip within the local area is EUR 1.40 per person (or EUR 1.00 if a 10-trip card is purchased), and a single trip between Toulon and St Tropez is EUR 2.00 per person.
There are 3 supermarkets in Le Pradet all within 3km from the apartment. For those without a car the supermarkets are easily accessible by bus (the closest bus stop to the apartment is a 3 minute walk). As an alternative our local representative can assist you with your grocery shopping requirements.
*Driving - The closest motorway junction is the A57 which is approx 8km from the apartment.
*Train - For major train services the closest station is Toulon (Gare de Toulon, approx 11km). From the station there is a direct bus service to Le Pradet, and also taxis.
*By Plane - Toulon-Hyeres Airport (approx 15km east) is a small international airport with direct flights from/to:
- London Stansted (Ryanair)
- London City (CityJet)
- Liverpool (Ryanair)
- Rotterdam (Transavia)
- Brussels (JetairFly)
- Paris Orly (Air France / KLM)
- Brest (JetairFly)
- Slovenia (Adria Airways)
There are bus, taxi and car hire services available at the airport. Alternatively, a personal pick-up/drop-off service can be arranged through our local representative. *Please note that some flights to/from Toulon are seasonal.
*By Plane - Marseille or Nice Airports. There are good transport links to Toulon Train Station (Gare de Toulon) where there is a direct bus service to Le Pradet, and also taxis.

Changeover day - During high season and holiday periods the changeover day is normally Saturday but we may be able to accommodate arrival and departure days other than a Saturday - please contact me for further information. Flexible changeover is available during shoulder and low seasons.

Our local representative, Christelle, will be your host for the duration of your stay. Christelle will welcome you on your arrival and provide all the information you require.
Linen and Towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own beach towels.
We do ask that guests please leave the apartment in the same clean condition as when they arrived.
Deposit - your booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 35% deposit. For those booking more than 6 months in advance a lesser deposit can be paid to secure the booking.
Security Bond - On arrival we would appreciate a cheque for euro 500.00 (or your local currency) which will be held by Christelle for the duration of your stay. After you depart and following a satisfactory inspection your cheque will be returned to you. Alternative payment methods are available if you do not operate a cheque account.
*Babysitting services can be arranged with reputable families in the immediate area

We stayed as a family of 6 persons. Nice and peaceful surroundings. Large pool. 5min walk to gravel beach, 15min to sandy beach. Pittoresque villages nearby, and the cities of Hyères and Toulon are worthwile as well. Very good management, Christelle takes good care of everything.

We spent a lovely week in Le Pradet, and how lucky we were to find this little gem! We were really last minute in planning our holiday and the apartment owner was absolutely wonderful providing us with a wealth of information about just about everything; it felt really welcoming. My son took his first ever solo swim in the pool at the apartment, and his first proper swim in the sea down at La Garonne bay, just a few minutes from the apartment. There's apparently a marked underwater trail for snorkellers there and though I never found the trail itself. that section to the east of the bay is particularly beautiful for snorkelling (and there's a dive club based at the bay too). For restaurants check out Le Corto Maltese, where we had one of the most lovely meals in years. Highly recommended!!!

The accommodation was 5 star. With excellent amenities for all the family. Great days with the choice of the village or the pool and / or kick back by the swimming pool in a safe environment. Follow thos with balmy evenings on the deck drinking French reds and eating good food - bliss! The short distance from the UK also was of great benefit. The owners were excellent and very accommodating. I can't speak highly enough of the accommodation and the surroundings. I strongly recommend.

My family had the best holiday ever at this property, perfect set up for a family of 4. The accomodation had everything we needed and Pauline was very helpful and friendly. We went for lots of walks around the coastline and the Copper Mine Museum was a favourite. The local markets were delightful and we would definately return for another fantastic holiday.

Accommodation fantastic. Safe and secure for my 3year old. Close to the village and beach but preferred to stay at the on site swimming pool. The
owners a pleasure to work with and happy to help us create an awesome experience. Stayed for 10 days and the weather was brilliant. Overall a very relaxing stay. I strongly recommend.

This property is exactly what you need if you want to escape the constant rush of city life. It's clean, has modern facilities and aside from having a pool, the beach is also very close by.
The atmosphere is tranquil and the neighbours are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

We stayed for three weeks in this lovely, well appointed unit. The unit was very clean and tidy, and it had everything we wanted and more. The beds were very comfortable and cooking and other facilities were in excellent condition. We dined on the balcony most evenings and even ventured into the pool (in april!). There is a bakery close by and the village is a short walk away. It is a very short trip to the beach, there is a mine close by and many places to visit if you have a car, although if you don't the buses and trains are easy to use.
