      awesome cabin

Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in July 2012

We loved our stay here! It is a beautiful setting and cabin. The creek that runs in back is so pretty and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin was well stocked and decorated nicely. I would go back!

      no air conditioning in July!

Left on 08/15/2012 for a stay in July 2012

The house and views were beautiful in this cabin. The only thing that was surprising to us; this cabin stated that it had air conditioning, but in fact it does not. With all the windows..it was very very hot in the cabin during the day. Otherwise, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with; utensils etc..

We would definately go back again..but maybe to a cabin that has air conditioning!!

This well-kept cabin is in a beautiful location and the perfect

Left on 08/14/2012 for a stay in August 2012

Deadwood Connections was very helpful. Cleaning staff went above and beyond expectations when we left something behind and they retrieved it for us and brought it to us. The cabin was very nice and the creek is so relaxing and beautiful. The hot tub and the pool table really added to our vacation experience. The back yard, creek and deck have a very private feel to them.

      Awesome

Left on 09/11/2011 for a stay in September 2011

Cabin was very comfortable and beautiful. Had a nice relaxing time enjoying our 25th wedding anniverary. Other than the outside appearance being a bit run down. (windows need washing and grass mowed etc) and a few things in the house (micowave light for stove doesn't work and oven temp varies alot)it was fantastic! Really enjoyed being so close to the creek and the hottub and fireplaces were a nice addition.

      Good getaway

Left on 06/15/2011 for a stay in June 2011

Wasn't mowed when we got there, a ton of bugs. Way better after it got mowed. Creek was too fast for any fish to stay, water was freezing. Hot tub cover had been pulled off the roller and some latches were broken. There is a patio step that is broken in half needs to be fixed. Wiring in cabin is tricky, but we figured it out. Cheyenne Crossing shouldn't advertise for supplies, they don't have any really. It's gorgeous scenery though. Gets warm, so much pollen you can't open the windows really though.

We had such a fun time during our vacation to the Black Hills and Canyon Creek Lodge is a beautiful cabin. Deadwood Connections went above and beyond for us in the process of making reservations and answering questions. We will definately be using them to book our next vacation in the Black Hills and hope to stay again at the Canyon Creek Lodge. It was everything we expected and more!

We originally planned on renting another cabin and Jonna recommended this one. Thank god she did because it was perfect for us! We were able to relax by the fire, enjoy the pool table, and soothe in the hot tub - all while taking in the breathtaking views of the Black Hills!

      Cozy Retreat

Left on 01/25/2011 for a stay in December 2010

The pictures do not describe how picturesque the property is nestled behind all the trees and along the creek. It's absolutely beautiful! We were able to watch deer from the windows each morning drinking from the creek.
We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and cozy master suite where we were able to cozy up and watch tv.
We stayed there to snowmobile and was an easy drive to Spearfish Canyon, Trailshead and Rec Springs. I would reccomend this cabin and would absolutely stay there again! Great value for the money!
