This is the perfect mountain retreat - close to the slopes with beautiful mountain views! Newly remodeled, you'll love the cozy interior and cabin decor. The main level has an open floor plan with cozy sitting area, full kitchen and dining area. Walk-out off the dining area to the back deck to use the BBQ Grill and enjoy the scenery.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms (1King, 1 Queen and 1Double), Full bathroom and large living area with satellite TV and DVD Player. Other amenities include: washer & dryer, stereo with mp3 hook-up, private Hot Tub on the back deck, flat parking and easy access.

It's a small cozy cabin. The spiral stair case was not kid friendly. Thw hor tub did not stay hot. They did allow us a one night rental which was very nice. The location is great for Terry Peak.

Nice clean little cabin, was very comfy, does have a spiral staircase so if you hve problems with steps this could be a problem as they are tight. Has very nice beds and a nice family room area. Kitchen is very modern and clean, could use a little larger table or made a card table but was fine for the most part. It was nice to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the sunset.
We would stay there again, was a good value.
Had a broken handle on toilet, call Deadwood Connections and they had if fixed in a few hours, great followup service. -

Right from the booking this was a great deal. The cabin is small but nice, well stocked with the basics. The view is good and the area is quiet with lots of wildlife. It was just what we needed.

This was my husband's and my first cabin rental experience. We rented the property to share with another couple who had recommended Deadwood Connections.
The home was fabulous - sparkling clean, great view, a nice neighbor across the road whose let us play with his dog in the mornings. :) It is close enough to Deadwood and Spearfish Canyon that we were able to satisfy our yearnings for both gambling and the great outdoors.
Three small negatives, which are in no way the fault of Deadwood Connections: 1) the mine on the other side of the peak runs 24/7, and were were able to hear the machinery all night long. 2) there seems to be parking room for only two vehicles; a third couple had originally planned to come with us, and I'm not sure where they would have put their car. 3) the spiral staircase in the house is kind of a pain, particularly if you're carrying any kind of a large purse or bag - so take your luggage in through the basement door.
During our stay, there was a for sale sign on the property. If we could afford to buy it, we would seriously consider it. For now though, we'll just plan to keep renting from Deadwood Connections on our trips to the Hills!Response from Deadwood Connections - 10/14/2011

To give the reader an idea of our standards, my husband and I travel internationally with his company and are accustomed to staying at 5 star resorts. We were completely satisfied with this cabin. It is the perfect size for a family of four. It is very clean, well maintained, and private. It has many cute touches, like the outhouse style door on the upstairs bathroom. The hot tub was a big plus.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
