All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

There is little to fault with this charming cottage set in the most beautiful part of the North Yorkshire Moor.The owners greeted us when we arrived and when left and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable without being obtrusive.The situation is ideal if you want to explore the moorland or the coast.

A beautifully furnished cottage with exceptional views over the Esk Valley. The owners were friendly, helpful and provided treats such as homemade cake and fresh flowers - always a winner! The cottage is in an ideal location for coastal walks and hikes across the moors. We will definitely be returning!

The beauty and the bleakness of the Yorkshire moors was right on the door step. Just what we wanted. The 'Nest' was a lovely, comfortable home for the 5 days we were there and the owners could not have been more helpful. A quiet spot with wonderful views overlooking Esk Dale and the village of Lealholm, which gave access to plenty of walks and scenic drives. A wonderful holiday thank you.

Lovely cottage-spotlessly clean with everything you need. We could not find fault with anything and spent a really enjoyable week here. It was so quiet and relaxing and there is loads of places to visit close at hand. The owners were very helpful and gave you any information that you wanted about the local area. It was so nice that we have already booked to go back next year (we rarely go to the same place twice) and have recommended to friends.

Wren's Nest was the ideal base to explore the local area and attractions. The cottage was very warm and comfortable for a November break with stunning views of the Esk Valley. We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful owners who offered suggestions of places to eat and things to see. The cottage is attractively furnished and well-equipped. We hope to visit again and would thoroughly recommend it to any couple wanting a holiday in a peaceful, cosy cottage with wonderful views.

An idyllically situated cottage, with lovely peaceful views from the bedroom and the living room. The couple who own the cottage are extremely helpful and welcoming, and their dogs very friendly! The cottage is very comfortable, especially the bedroom and en-suite bathroom and there is everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking etc. A really relaxing stay in close proximity to lovely pubs and tearooms.
