Enter the location of the destination in the Search box featured on our homepage and across the entire website in the top right hand corner. When you complete a search, you can review property details, photos, availability, rates, and verified reviews from past guests to identify the perfect vacation rental.

Once you identify the properties that you are interested in, there are up to three ways to contact the property manager or homeowner who represents the property. You can call them directly, submit an email inquiry, or book properties directly online (not available for all properties). We recommend that you make inquiries to multiple properties that meet your needs.

While we realize renting a vacation home feels less predictable than staying at a hotel, nearly all travelers rave about their vacation home rental experience.

Once you have found the right home, you will likely need to secure your reservation with a deposit and sign a rental agreement. Payment schedules and methods will vary – while some managers/owners will take credit cards, many will only accept checks. To protect yourself, do not submit payment via wire services such as Western Union. Rental agreements will likely include the following: arrival/departure dates, payment schedules, occupancy limits, and cancellation/refund policies.

Property managers and owners will also provide information about check-in/check-out procedures, driving/parking directions, keys, and an emergency contact. Additionally, managers and owners are great local resources for information on top restaurants and attractions so be sure to ask for some tips!
