FlipKey Primary Reputation Inputs

	FlipKey Verified Badge		FlipKey Verified Members offer onsite management services to ensure an eventless rental experience.
	Verified Guest Reviews		FlipKey authenticates reviews from past guests. Homes with a sufficient volume of authenticated reviews and positive ratings are ranked higher.
	Verified Owners		Owners independently representing their property must prove ownership of the house and renting history. FlipKey can not verify onsite services for these renters.
