The Atrium Resort is a recently-built property located in the gated community of Leeward, at the end of Grace Bay Road, on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The Atrium Resort features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a hot tub, and the largest outdoor heated pool in Turks and Caicos! The resort houses three residential buildings and one recreational building. Each residential building has elevators, as well as underground/above-ground parking.

My two bedroom, two-storey penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen with brand name appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster and kitchen utensils. In addition, my unit has a front-load washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The master bedroom, which is located on the lower level, has a queen bed and a full bathroom (bath tub and rain shower). The second bedroom, which is located on the upper level, has a queen bed and a bathroom with rain shower. The third bathroom located on the lower level, has a rain shower.

The living room has a leather couch (which can be converted into a queen pull-out sofa bed) and two large accent chairs. In addition, there is a spacious dining area. The lower level features a fully furnished balcony, and the upper level features a spacious and fully furnished terrace. In addition, the upper level terrace has a private hot tub. Additional Location Information

The Atrium Resort is a short 6 minute walk to Pelican Beach (an extension of Grace Bay Beach). Underground parking is available at the resort. Provo Golf Club is a 3 minute drive from The Atrium. The IGA grocery store is a 5 minute drive from the resort. I highly recommend renting a car if visiting Turks and Caicos.

(1) Head east toward S Dock Road
(2) Turn left onto S Dock Road
(3) Turn right onto Leeward Highway
(4) Turn left onto Allegro Way
(5) Turn right onto Grace Bay Road
(6) Go straight through Leeward gates onto Governor’s Road (continuation of Grace Bay Road)
(7) The Atrium Resort is on your right

-Optional: Hot tub use on terrace: If you decide to use the hot tub on the upper-level terrace, there is an additional charge of $50 per night. Must use hot tub for minimum 5 nights.
-50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to check-in date.
-100% non-refundable if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival
-Must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
-Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. (flexible depending on availability)
-Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. (flexible depending on availability)
-Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
