Well appointed accommodation. Hospitable people. We loved it.
The accommodation is 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village, close to restaurants, supermarket and other facilities. Lefkara is so quaint and genuine. This is a perfect getaway, quiet, romantic and restful. -

Wonderful and well equipped apartment, spacious, well lighted and comfortable. The host is friendly, helpful and informative. The garden and porches are beautiful and we even ate almonds, zucchini and zucchini flowers that grow there. The local cafe and grocery store are 2 minutes walk away. Pano Lefkara is sweet and the weather was fairly pleasant for this time of year.

Pano Lefkara is a nice little authentic village up in the hills with beautiful views and a good
location to travel(by car) all over the island.
There are several good restaurants in and nearby the Village and if jou like lace & silverworks than is this the place to be. -

This is a late review as my boyfriend and I stayed at aunt Marias in December 2009, but always said if we ever got around to registering on Trip advisor we would remember to review our stay as it was so good, so here goes!
From the moment we arrived in this beautiful village we knew we had made the right decision. We were greeted immediately by our friendly relaxed host who was staying in one of the other apartments as it was vacant at that time. We were given coffee and traditional greek pastries while 'checking in', and there was also a selection in our apartment as a welcoming gift. We were given lots of advice as to what to see, and where to go during our stay.
The apartment was very comfortable with a beautiful view, a balcony with table and chairs which we used to eat breakfast.
The village had a supermarket within a few minutes walk, a restaurant if you didnt fancy cooking, and basically anything else you could possibly need.
The location was good, being only 10-15 minutes away from the main motorway running through cyprus so easy to explore the rest of the island if peace and quiet bore you!
Fantastic value for money, and if I return to Cyprus I would not even look to stay anywhere else! -

We stayed at aunt Maria's for three nights in September 2010 and wished we could have stayed for many many more days.. It was simply awesome an experience. The stay was warm and cosy, with clean rooms and comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and a lovely sit-out. We enjoyed so very much that we wish to come back and stay at aunt Maria's in Lefkara. Aunt Pitsa herself is a wonderful lady, who is very hospitable and loving and helpful.
Anyone going to Cyprus should have a glimpse of a stay at Lefkara, particularly at aunt Maria's. -

The village of Lefkara has a priviledged position on the island, it is close to both sea and mountain and most main cities. For city people, it is an ideal place to relax for a short (and even a longer stay). I had one week to recover from a heavy work load period. I rented one of the small apartments which is very well furnished with all the basic necessities and is very cozy. I enjoyed my stay by sitting on the veranda for 2 hours in the morning with a discreet sunshine and enjoyed my book in a peaceful and quiet area.
Pitsa, the owner, is a wonderful person who will do everything in her power to ensure to her guests a unique and pleasant stay. Anything I needed, I got immediately.
One can enjoy the sea, the mountain, there are several trekking possibilities for those who enjoy walking all around the village and you discover other little villages.
I will be returning more often - even for a short week-end - just to change my ideas. I highly recommend it to everyone - except those people who only care to go to bars and want to see a lot of people around them. For families who want to enjoy a peaceful safe holiday this is the place to go !

We had a great welcome from Pitsa. The apartments have only been finished
recently so everything is brand spanking new - there is everything you could
need for a great home from home, including wi-fi access and cable/satellite
flat screen t.v. terrace furniture and bbq. We were there for a weekend - we
parked the car on Friday afternoon and didn't get into it again until we left on
Sunday, the apartments are in such a convenient location. We liked
everything about it - the only thing lacking is a pool. -

I stayed in this apartment with my wife for two
nights. we enjoyed a lot during our stay.
The apartment is in nice place at Lefkara. We had
our apartment with a good mountain view. The
apartment and its surroundings were very clean,
nice small garden, I liked very much. The interior
decoration and settings of the apartment are so
nicely maintained that it seems a second home in a
new place. The person who is running this facility
for the tourists (Ms. Pitsa) is very helpful and
friendly one. Me and my wife had a nice time with
her. She gave us every possible information, during
a cup of coffee she made for us, which are
necessary for the tourists. She is a motherly
character and we liked her presence in that same
building. The location of the apartment is perfect.
Restaurants, cafe, souvenir shops, attractions,
supermarket, bank ATM are all within 2-5 mins
walking distance. Moreover, we had a nice barbeque
at the night before we left. The barbeque facility
is completely dedicated for the guests staying in
one of these apartments. We had a nice time with
Ms. Pitsa in that Barbeque dinner night. We had our
dinner together with lots of stories and fun.
Finally, I can say that, I want to visit and stay
in that house again due to its homely atmosphere
and quiet environment and nice people.
