Panorama Estate is located right in the heart of Tasmania’s Tamar Valley (Launceston). Offering Mountain and River views and only 500 metres to the shops, chemist, hairdresser, tavern and bakery.

Providing individual, fully contained temporary/interim residential facilities for those who do not wish to stay for an extended time in Hotels, Caravan Parks, with Relatives and/or Friends;

Providing freedom to move with a minimum of 1 weeks notice and no commitments to sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months with a rental property;

So you are not tied down, when you are ready to move into your new premises, finish your term of appointment..., or found a permanent place to live etc. HOW CONVENIENT.......

• Second bedroom - Double bunk (2 children);

• Third bedroom is in the Sleep-out and includes a Rumpus area (2 children/adults);

• Fully equipped kitchen;

• Living & dining with TV & DVD player;

• Bathroom with separate bath;

• Shower in the Sleep-out;

• Separate Laundry with washing machine;

• Single parking outside Cottage;

• Private outside patio; and

• Wireless Broadband connection (by arrangement).

Set in mature Park and Garden setting located on the hill on the West side of the Tamar, at the end of a Cul-De-Sac over looking Legana with surrounding Orchards, Vineyards, a Rural aspect with panoramic River and Mountain views.

Directions from Launceston Airport:
1. Head south-west towards Evandale Rd/B41

2. Turn right onto Evandale Rd/B41, continue to follow Evandale Rd, go through 2 roundabouts

3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Midland Hwy/National Highway 1 heading to Burnie/Launceston/Devonport
Continue to follow National Highway 1

4. Turn left onto York St/A7 (signs for Beaconsfield/Beauty Point), continue to follow A7

5. Keep left at the fork, go through 1 roundabout

6. Turn left onto Outreach Drive

  This place was like finding gold! We stayed here while moving out of our house ready to leave this beautiful state. The cottage has everything a family of 4 needs, either a short stay or a long one! It is peaceful, quiet, great playground for the kids, all within walking distance to the local shops. Beware though, I may have spoilt the wallaby, he may be looking for an apple each morning. Will highly recommend this place to everybody I talk to.
