RUMAH M'BAYE: Centrally located approximately 150 metres to the legendary Coffee Corner, Legian, nestled within verdant tropical gardens in prime position next to superb pool. Traditional two storey, freshly renovated house/villa boasting generous living areas, fully equipped kitchen, antique traditional furniture and stunning new bathroom. Discover the privacy and comfort of the four poster bed upstairs, with best quality mattress ensuring a wonderful sleep. Wake up with a full view of the surrounding pool and mango trees adjacent to the side of the house. A reading nook provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the hectic st...reets outside. Downstairs one more bedroom enclosed with icy airconditioner unit. A short approximately 15 minute walk straight outside with lead you down to the beach. The vibrant scene of Legian's Art Markets and the strip of famous restaurants including, Goshas, Lemon Grass, Moo Moos, Ketumba and the new Mozarella are within a short 5 minute walk of the house. PIPS - pampering in paradise is an easy walk on the opposite side of the street where you can enjoy hot stone massages, reflexology, pedicures, natural facials and a variety of totally relaxing treatments that will further remind you that you are sharing a piece of paradise. Shopping surrounds you and the highly reputable money changer is on the way to Coffee Corner ensuring that you change your money in safe hands. Traditional markets, convenience stores, upmarket shops are all within close proximity. Taxis are plentiful right at the entry to the complex and fares are low enabling you to venture to other areas such as Seminyak and Kuta. From Rumah M'Baye to the airport expect a 30 minute drive, depending on traffic. The house is fully serviced every second day with all towels and linen provided. There is an ample size refrigerator, iron and ironing board and a utilities area. The newly renovated courtyard is sheltered with a latte coloured wall and lotus lilies to admire, a cafe setting allows you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the lush environment. Parking is easy, taxis can pull up almost 20 metres from your front door and if you decide to hire a motor bike, there is plenty of room to park it in the same area. The complex itself, Panorama Cottages 1, has recently opened a restaurant where patrons can enjoy breakfast or, alternatively, stroll down to Coffee Corner and enjoy the best coffee on the island. Cooking your own breakfast is also an option as all the facilities are contained with the villa. The gardens in the complex are stunning and beautifully maintained. From the many types of lotus lilies to the chocolate bean trees, palms and frangipanis, walking around the gardens brings great pleasure and enjoyment. Plunge into the crystal clear pool with traditional bale massage area and relax on the wooden sun decks. You will find all the staff friendly and obliging. In our complex there are many retirees and expats, coupled with a few business people. Rumah M'Baye is a private villa within the complex standing alone in what is considered the prime position. As a special welcome bonus, for a limited time, we offer two traditional complimentary Balinese massages from PIPS beauty salon on Jalan Melasti for bookings of three days or more. Additional Location Information

Heart of Legian, approximately 15 minute walk to Legian Beach.
Approximately 150 metres to Coffee Corner/Commonwealth Bank corner of Jalan Melasti and Jalan Legian. Taxis abound at the entry to the complex, very cheap with flag fall starting at 5000 rupiah equivalent to half of one AUD. Legian is between Seminyak and Kuta and approximately 25-30 minutes from Denpasar airport, depending on traffic. The complex where Rumah M'Baye is situated has plenty of parking close to the villa/house, allowing guests easy parking room if they intend to hire a car or motorbike. However, you will find yourself walking to most places as it is so close to the main hub.

  We have just recently returned from staying at Rumah M'Baye, Villa in Panorama Cottages 1.
  It is amazing how you can enter this place and forget you are in Legian. Very central to the markets, maybe a 15 minute stroll, however due to the humidity we chose a taxi, at the cost of 50c so was well worth the drive.
  
  It was beautifully decorated in true Balinese style and immaculate on arrival. Home away from home. There are books, Dvd's and a stereo system provided for entertainment and a lovely quiet pool practically on the door step.
  
  The upstairs bedroom has a gorgeous view of the tropical gardens and pool area. You can either sit reading quietly in a little nook in the upstairs bedroom, sit in your own private court yard or sit on the patio watching the squirrels climb the trees.
  
  The cleaning lady comes every 2 days and does an amazing job.
  Breakfast and dinner only served at the restaurant so you may need to leave the peace and quite if you wish to venture out for lunch.
  Kitchenette and cutlery is provided for cooking facilities.
  
  Would highly recommend this villa to friends.

  My Husband and I recently returned from Bali staying at the Rumah Mbaye. The gardens are abolutly wonderful so much so my husband even commented on them (unusual for him to notice). The villa was eceptionally clean comfortable and well kept. The only thing more we could have wanted was a couple of armchairs to relax in on the balcony and a TV downstairs, as it was a hike upstairs to get to it! But the music sound system down stairs was fabulous. We would recommend it to anyone whishing to have a haven from all the business of Bali, as it was wonderfully quiet and tranquill when you step through the gates.

  I have stayed at this lovely bungalow, it has a home vibe to it as has a kitchen,dining area and lounge with a seperate bedroom and lots of room, Much better than a hotel room with a bathroom, the furniture is very tasteful and comforable,The cleaner comes every 2nd day, there is also a verandah and an indoor/outdoor courtyard, the pool is just a stones throw away. The location is wonderful close to Coffee Corner and Legion Road
