Villa Oria is a 3 bedroom villa is in a fantastic location, just 20m off the main Legian Seminyak strip.
You simply walk out the door, and all of Legian and Seminyak’s best shopping is right there for you to enjoy.
Double Six beach, being Seminyak’s most popular beach is the closest to you.
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by the sunbathing and swimming pool area.
The kitchen is on the lower level, with an open plan dining area for you to enjoy. A music system is located on this level, with a selection of various artists cds for your entertaining pleasure and satellite tv.

Great location with easy 10 minute walk to the Double Six Beach area. Just off the main street of Jl Legian yet very quiet. My boys loved the plunge pool. Dovi the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Kitchen and bathrooms seemed a bit run-down but having lived in a tropical climate for almost a decade I realize the wear and tear on a property is challenging. Was pleasantly surprised that mosquitos were not as big a nuisance as I anticipated. Stairs are very steep going to the living room and two upstairs bedrooms. Wasn't a problem for us but would be something to bear in mind if you have very young kids. Aircons in the bedroom worked well which was a plus in the heat and mattresses were comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good although the floors could use a little more attention to detail - - long black hair (and no one in my family has long nor black hair) in several places and quite a bit of collected dust along the walls. Wifi/internet access was great the first day but then something happened with the service and it was sporadic access at best. Dovi contacted the service provider to investigate but unfortunately was not resolved during our stay. Fortunately lots of Wifi at restaurants nearby.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. Perhaps not the most modern villa but comfortable and fantastic location. -

Vill Oria was a delight from the moment we walked through the door. It was the perfect place for us to stay with 2 teenagers plus 1, (my son's girlfriend). The layout of the villa is great, the location perfect, which enabled us to feel safe & secure & have the privacy we wanted, but also just to be a short walk away from the main road which includes great restaurants & shopping. We were happy to be in this location which is only a short distance from the main party spot of Kuta, ( about $3aUD). We were given a mobile phone for our use while at the villa, which had the managers name & a guide/drivers name programmed into it. We utilised the driver, Wayan, who was amazing at guiding & showing us some of the Bali sights. We would definitely stay here again as we found everything just as it was on the Internet & we truly enjoyed our time there.thank you Marita, Dovi & Wayan for making our holiday special :)

A very basic villa - bathrooms extremely average - the pool area is in shade so don't expect to be lounging in the sun - also there are only 2 sun lounges - not enough if there are more guests - There is no where to hang wet clothes/towels.
Also during our stay the temple adjacent had ceremonies which were extremely noisy and made for an unpleasant stay. The only good thing i have to say is the location of the villa is close to shops and a nice stroll to the beaches.

Dear Patricia, there is no temple next door. The ceremony that was held was by a very wealthy Balinese family at their home, as a very elderly member of their family passed, thus the reason for their ceremony. Some people would embrace such an experience of the Balinese culture and tradition. Thank you for your input regarding wanting something extra to hang your clothes, other than the balcony section, we have since purchased a clothes hanger. The sun does shine on the pool, various times of the year the sun's position changes as you must be aware, so in July, it shines on the pool in the morning, not the afternoon. If you came at a later time of the year, you would see that it is shining, and probably be wanting a chance of some shade from the sun. We cannot control the sun obviously. Patricia we have villas up to AUD$450 per night which you did not want to book, if you want something more luxurious, you would need to increase your budget. Regards, Marita

This is a lovely villa right in the heart of Legian. Close to shopping, boutiques, restaurants and the supermarket. Seminyak/Legian beach is a short stroll away 5-10 mins especially if you explore little lane ways between the homes. (Straight across road from villa)
It may seem odd to say, but if you like to laze in the sun around the pool- at this time of year the pool was in shade. Didn't stop my family from using it!
Rooms are comfortable, well maintained and clean. The free wifi was great for the whole family. Staff are impeccable and professional. Take advantage of their knowledge and expertise!! Highly recommend them. We love Bali and confidently recommend staying at Villa Oria. -

Villa Oria met all our expectations. Being 3 young couples we found that the price of this place was excellent and that the villa was exactly what we were looking for. 10 minute walk to the beach, just out of the hecticness of Kuta and a $1 Taxi to some of the best restaurants in Seminyak... The service of the maid and pool cleaner was great and the Villa Oria Manager (Dovi) was always contactable to organise transport to wherever we needed to go... I would recommend Villa Oria as a home away from home.

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Villa I felt like I was on holidays. This beautiful Villa delivered everything that was promised. The attention to detail in this property is outstanding, I would recommend it to anyone. I travel extensively as a tourist and I would rate this hotel as one of the top five I have ever stayed in. The Villa is Luxurious and modern but we still felt like we were in Bali. The only regret is we couldn't stay longer. I will definitely come back!

The great service received started as soon as we arrived at the airport with our transport awaiting to take us to Villa Oria. We were met by Dovi at the Villa who gave us a quick and detailed rundown of the facilties and location. He was very helpful and provided us with information on the local restaurants, night clubs, shops and general position of the Villa.
The Villa is very comfortable, we are a large Family group of 7 and were all very comfortable. The furnishings and facilties are near new and very usable, with cleaning daily, including the wonderful pool.
The Villa is in a great location making it easy to walk to the other areas of Bali, there are markets, banks, shops and restaurants close by, we like walking so it is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk into the major parts of Seminyak and Kuta beach.
The best parts of Villa Oria are that it is a new and comfortable house with room for a large group, the people looking after you are a major asset, nothing for them is too difficult. Another great advantage of Villa Oria is that the members of our Family staying there felt safe.
I recommend Villa Oria as a great place to stay

We come to Bali once or twice a year for our family holiday. This is the first time we stay at Villa Oria and we have had a great experiance.
The location s perfect , close to everything we like to do food paces, shopping and kids activities and yet is quiet and private.
The staff were very professional and helpfull and answered our every need , we will certainly come again. -

We had a lovely stay at Villa Oria and were very sad to leave at the weeks end.
We stayed with 2 kids, 7 and 5 years. Being that there was an upstairs with TV area, bathroom and 2 large themed bedrooms, the kids really had there own area and we had the downstairs to ourselves and could even sleep in!
We will definatly stay again. Can't wait till the next time! -

The most beautiful villa and accommodating staff I have ever come across. I had friends in Bali but, wanted my own Villa... I felt very safe there on my own. It was the perfect location in Seminyak, walking distance to beach, shopping, bars etc ... which was ideal for me as I was too scared to jump on the scooters :-)
I'll be back and highly recommend Villa Oria to all.

I found the villa exactly as it is pictured and the location is excellent. The decor is funky and stylish. I loved it. It had everything you need. Staff working for the owner were very accommodating and prompt response if anything was required. Nothing was a hassle. Very safe and secure and all the shop owners in the vicinity were extremely friendly. The villa is close walking distance to (heading towards Seminyak) Circle K with a Commonwealth aTM inside including a separate money changer. Bintang Supermarket is just a bit further up the road as well. Probably about a 10 minute walk to the beach or half an hour if you keep stopping and browsing!! and as anyone would know in Bali, transport was constantly available especially as the Villa is located just off Legian's main road. Beautiful accommodation and thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.
