Villa Nova is a bright, neat and clean home right in the heart of the popular Legian area. We are less than ten minutes walk from the legian beach which has good quality surf breaks. Also close to the strip of restaurants and bars including Zanzibar, Lanni, Blue Ocean, Double Six Nite Club, Cocoon and many more.The access to the villa is via well kept lanes that have a local feel to them and are wide enough for access by car. A wall surrounds the villa giving privacy as well as security and a sliding gate with an adjacent personel gate provide entry.

Legian is just North and adjacent to Kuta the centre of activity on this tourist island. It has a long, white sandy beach which has very good quality surf that is consistent. The beach also is lined with deck chairs, umbrellas and facilities to hire surfboards, have massages and other treatments. many bars, restaurants exist in Legian ranging from up scale to small and colorful street stalls.

Some of the Nite clubs include Deja Vu, Double Six and Cocoon. It is also well known for the range of shopping and Spas. Legian has life and activity which extends well into the morning hours and transport is very simple with a large supply of taxis and motor bike owners offering rides at a very cheap price.Bali is situated in the Eastern section of the Indonesian Peninsular and has a tropical climate with the wet season being in the months November to March. Well what can I say, this place is amazing. From the owner, villa manager, cleaner to the pool cleaner they are the most friendly, honest and helpful people you will ever come across. Four adults and two children stayed. The bedrooms are really roomy and each has an enormous ensuite. The large lounge, kitchen and dining is all open plan and had plenty of room for us all. The pool was really good and used daily. There was even room to park our hire car in behind the gates.
The bed’s are extremely comfortable and the linen was crisp white. The towels were also really good and white!! The shower pressure was really good.
The locals down the lane way are all really lovely and extremely friendly, coming home late at night we always self safe.
We stayed for 5 nights, then went to Lombok for 3 nights and then went back for a further 4 nights. They were nice enough to hold all our luggage for us in a secure room. The villa Manager Nila was amazing. She was at the Villa when we first arrived, there when we checked out to go to Lombok, there when we arrived back from Lombok and there again when we checkout for the final time. She was there making sure the drivers arrived on time and that everything for us was OK. I have never met a more helpful Manager. She is amazing.
Love this place and cannot speak highly enough. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. -

Recent trip for friends birthday, travelled with 2 other couples. Met at airport by friendly manager who assisted us to waiting excellent new clean transport. The driver spoke good english and I would recommend him for other servicès if required. We were dropped a short walk for the door as manouverrring a car in the alley way needs patience. This is really no problem. Then you get to the Villa Nova and what a great surprise. The size is fantastic. Large rooms with own shower/toilet. Large kitchen/dinning and lounge /tv area as well as spacious pool area. There was 4 large cane pool chairs around pool. At first we thought there was not enough chairs for all of us but it was not a problem. The villa is clean, comes daily to make beds and pool cleaner man comes 2 times a day.
The location for us is perfect. Very quiet, short walk to money changer, main legian road, taxi and good food. This is our first time in a villa and for travelling with a group of friends its a great experience. You can do what and when you like in your private spacè. So if you want to swim at midnight you can and if you want to have a coffee at 2 am and sit in the fresh air you can. We shopped at bintang supermarket a 1 dolar taxi ride home à nd had breakfast and nibbles at the villa. The kitchen was fine for this but we did buy bigger cups for you. Most times we ate out as there is so may great resturants why cook?
All in all I will recommend the villa experrience for anyone travelling with a group of friends. And villa nova was fantastic! Great space pool big enough to get wet in and great location. 10/10. Thankyou.Response from Jack Nova - 09/17/2012

This is an awsome Villa. So close to everything, the beach just minutes away,shops just seconds away, lovely lane ways to explore and the locals are so friendly. We found every thing we needed from resturants, money Changes to shopping at our door step. The Villa is very well maintained daily and the staff are very helpful. This is a hugh Villa with plenty of space, privacy and quiet. We found ample room for our family of 5 and two grandparents. We loved villa nova. My only suggestion is to take a torch as some lane ways ar'nt lit at night but the locals will leave their lights on if they know your out late, they'll even wait up to say hello.

Our 3 nights stay at Villa Nova was undoubtedly Superb. The villa nova manager picked us from the airport and it took half an hour to reach the villa. The villa was located at a very central location in between local resident houses and other villas. The main legion road was 2 mins walk from the villa. The beach was hardly 10 minutes walk from Villa Nova however we found it very dirty might be because of the peak tourist season.
Villa Nova is comparatively newly constructed villa with well maintained rooms and tasteful furniture. The ktchen hasvcomplete kitchenette items along with a water dispensar. The swiming pool at Villa Nova is small but very well maintained, our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The Villa lady manager was very helpful and was available every time we called her. I personally met villa owner Mr.Dirk and found him very friendly. The only negative point which we found during our stay was the neighbourhood wild dog which at night will give you hard time while you are walking back to the villa :) As a whole I would recommend Villa Nova to a middle size family of 6-8'persons who want to stay close to central location but in complete peace and homly environment.Response from Jack Nova - 03/05/2012

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately at that time of year the usually very clean beaches can collect ocean rubbish. I believe it has to do with the tides and currents at that time of year. As for the dog, it wasnt wild just a Bali dog which has now gone to the country.....or somewhere.

our stay at villa nova was very relaxing, the villa is centrally located close to beach, great restaurants and shopping. the villa is very secure in a quiet location, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. the outdoor area is great for the children and the pool was divine. i would totally recommend staying in this beautiful villa.

villa nova is very central to some great resturantes and shops. The villa is extremely spacious greatg if you have teenagers the room are spacious with large bathrooms off each room. the pool erea has two large umbrellas with four day lounges and lots of greenery to give a very relaxing ambience.five minute walk to the beach along shaded laneways there is a great coffee shop on the way for mum and day.I would highly recommend the villa to those who like privacy and have a relaxing holiday.

We loved the fact that you can close the front gate of the villa and feel total privacy & seclusion. Yet, it was fantastic to be able to walkout the front gate and be amongst all the action. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are so many great cafe's & restaurants to choose from nearby.
We stayed at more luxurous villas in past visits to Bali, but for location, this villa is fantastic. We will be making Vila Nova our regular place to stay in future visits. Oh yeah. The housekeeping lady was extremely helpful(and trustworthy).
