The complex has a lovely large resort style swimming pool with separate children's pool attached to the main pool, this gives our guests the additional benefit of having a choice of swimming in the large resort pool or relaxing by their own private swimming pool in the privacy of this villa.

The villa is a relaxing tropical delight for your holiday.... You will enter your private garden door to your fully fenced secure villa and step into a relaxing retreat. There is a large sized private garden with private pool and sun beds with open tropical living downstairs combining the lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A perfect holiday atmosphere is exactly what this villa offers our guests

There are 2 bedrooms and both are classed as master bedrooms... it's just a matter of preference as to your choice of the upstairs bedroom with a private balcony overlooking your private pool and gardens or the downstairs bedroom with glass sliding doors to step out onto the outdoor verandah which is facing the swimming pool. Both bedrooms are very spacious with king size beds in each room and they both have elegant private ensuite bathrooms. The entire villa is yours only and is not shared by any other people. All rooms in the villa including the bedrooms have LCD televisions and DVD players. The bedrooms due to their spacious size can accommodate extra beds in each bedroom for children to stay with their parents, (or even adults can have an extra bed in the bedrooms if they do not mind sharing a room). Both bedrooms have an electronic safe in each room to store your valuables and they are fully air-conditioned. We provide one portable baby cot and a high chair for infants and toddlers free of charge if required.

This villa is serviced daily by our friendly and helpful English speaking staff. We have a hot and cold water dispenser and provide free bottled drinking water for the entire duration of our guests stay. All linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Cold welcome drinks are provided in the refrigerator for your arrival as well as tea and coffee.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The nightly rate is AUD $210.00. per night for up to 4 guests and then each extra guest is charged an extra AUD $25.00. per person, per night. The nightly rate includes all taxes and service charges (for high season dates please check the extra rate information).

The Villa is located inside a secure complex, it is a very central location giving you walking access to the popular bustling tourist area of Legian (Kuta District). Although this villa is in a central busy tourist area you will find the complex is peaceful and relaxing making this villa a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Private parking is provided at the villa with direct driveway access when you enter inside the complex.

  We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Both bedrooms are so spacious with lovely modern bathrooms a personal safe and a mini fridge are provided in each of the bedrooms which made it feel like we were staying in private large hotel suite rooms. The living area and kitchen are set up well for holiday living with a full size refrigerator in the kitchen (great for stocking up on drinks and groceries). The garden and pool are a very generous size for a private villa, we enjoyed the privacy and our own personal space. The benefit of staying at this villa is that it is located in a complex with well established tropical gardens which made for a lovely holiday atmosphere and you can also use the shared resort swimming pool.
  
  The manager Cindy was great to deal with and the booking process was made very easy, with prompt replies from her.
  
  Cindy has another 2 bedroom villa in the same complex as this villa which our friends stayed in at the same time we stayed here, this worked out great for all of us to be together in the same grounds and yet still have our own privacy.
  
  The staff were friendly and helpful and are on call anytime you need them. They did a lovely job cleaning each day for us and even assisted us with taking our laundry to the laundromat and picking it up for us when it was ready.
  
  The location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but so lovely and peaceful in the villa.
  
  We can't wait to go back and stay again!
