Kitchen has granite countertops with bar, side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave. Villa was repainted (interior and exterior). Dish Network 200+ channels. There are 6 golf courses, closest one within 2 miles while the furthest away would be 11 miles. Telephone (long distance), internet and utilities included. Sorry no pets.

Dec-Apr rate is $2,000/month. One time cleaning fee of $100 will apply for rental less than two months. Pay Pal accepted.
The house is on Municipal Water and, also, was built before 2001, so zero risk of Chinese Drywall contamination/exposure.
