Pinnacle stands high on a wooded mountainside and has a spectacular mountain view. Newly built, it is a true log cabin hand stacked in the traditional way and has pine paneling, hardwood floors, and cathedral ceilings. It has two queen bedrooms, a large sleeping loft with two twin beds, and full baths upstairs and down. It sleeps up to 8, and is handicapped accessible. The service was relaxed, friendly, and efficient.Pinnacle cottage exceded all of our expectations with comfortable beds, a warming, real fire in a real fireplace, and excellent central heating if one did not wish to build a fire.The kitchen was fully equipped, there were two flat screnTVs, and everything worked. The scenery is gorgeous and the farm animals are wonderful. Real, fresh eggs, and milk are at hand and you can even milk a cow yourself if you want. The Great Pyrenees sheep dogs are simply amazing! Never have you seen such enormous, friendly, loving animals---9 of them! To see a four year old little girl leading one along by the collar while this enormous dog takes great care to walk no faster than she can is a truly charming sight.

This was our best familiy vacation. I recall spending summers at my grandparents milking cows, feeding the chickens, harvesting foods from the garden, ridong horses and spending my days outside playing. Now my children had the opportunity to experience these things and they had a blast! This will be an annual trip for our family.

I just can't say enough good things about our Thanksgiving at Randall Glen. Our extended family rented 3 cabins...we ranged in age from 75 to 11 months and everyone had a great time. The game lawn, pavillon, and bonfire were great family entertainment. The cabins were very clean and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed all the animals on the farm but the guardian dogs were our favorite!
