Feel at home in a private vacation apartment situated in a quiet residential area of Leinfelden-Echterdingen, close by the cities Stuttgart and Esslingen am Neckar.

The apartments are located on the ground/first and second... floor of a duplex, surrounded by a garden.

This apartment is on the ground and second floor of the duplex house, consists of a sleeping room with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a dining room with satellite TV, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet on the upper floor or with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The full kitchen contains stove, baking oven, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

You can use the washing machine and the tumble-dryer in the downstairs laundry room for a small fee.

Non-smoking apartments; you are welcome to smoke in the courtyard/garden.

Children are welcome! There are several playgrounds nearby and toys are happily provided by request. If you need a baby-sitter, this can easily be arranged for you.

Sunday, on request we will provide you with bread or bread rolls at cost, fresh from the baker – just inquire with us.

Other kinds of apartment occupation than the ones suggested here are also possible, as is a vacation with pets, upon inquiry.

Only a 3 minutes’ walk away you'll find the public transport S-Bahn and U-Bahn which takes you to the Fair/Airport (7 minutes), downtown (19 minutes) or the Musicals in the "SI-Zentrum" (about 20 minutes or 10 minutes by car).
In Leinfelden you'll find all shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you'd like to spend some time swimming or going for a walk, you can do so in the city and the surroundings.

How to find us
By Car:
Take the "Autobahn" A8 towards Stuttgart and exit at "Leinfelden-Echterdingen/Leinfelden" which is near the Stuttgart airport in the south of Stuttgart. Now follow the signs to "Leinfelden, Filderhalle," taking a right at the first roundabout, following the road to the second roundabout where you turn right again. In Leinfelden, straight over the roundabout to the large intersection, at which you turn right towards "Filderhalle". Now you are in the "Bahnhofstraße". Follow this road, passing the "S-Bahn"-station on your left. After that the "Geranienstraße" is the first street to your left, our’s is the second building on the right.
By Train:
Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart, then S-Bahn S2 or S3 in direction of "Flughafen/Messe" or "Filderstadt". Get off at "Leinfelden Bahnhof", then it's only a 3 min. walk. We will come and meet you there if you’d like.
By Plane:
Airport Stuttgart, S-Bahn S2 or S3 in direction of Stuttgart, second stop is "Leinfelden Bahnhof", and then it's only a 3 min. walk. We'll meet you there if you’d like.
