It features a balcony, two bedrooms with double beds (additional bed on request), a living room with a TV and a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Each apartment comes with one dedicated car parking spot. Other facilities include: lawn, barbecue, bike rental, swimming pool (heated in summer), solarium and sauna, as well as swing and sand box for the kids. There is also a hobby room with table tennis, stationary bike, rowing machine and table soccer. You need to bring: tablecloths, dishrags, towels, toilet paper. Breakfast available for a fee.
