Our family-run non-smoking guest house with a centuries-long history is open year-round. We will try our best, dear guest, to show it and all ist advantages to you, as pleasantly and comfortably as possible. In this quiet yet centrally located house, you can leave the everyday behind and enjoy the unique nature of the Isarwinkel. We offer a choice of guest rooms and vacation apartments ranging from 25 to 50 m², all furnished with an eye for detail., key advantages: pure nature, very quiet and centrally located, non-smoking house, 1 living/family room with dining area, , upgraded interiors, clean, well furnished, Our Apartments:

The fur...nishings in local rural style, all our rooms and vacation apartments of 25 – 50 m² size were chosen with an eye for detail, looking for style and cozyness. Thus, they offer best conditions for a pleasant stay.

All units offer balcony, shower/toilet, living or living / bed room, separate bedroom, cable tv, radio, sofa, kitchen, tablecloth and bed cloths as well as towels.

The apartment consists oft wo rooms, one with double bed, tv and seating area, one with couch/bed and lots of space (ideal for two children) with shower/toilet, balcony with mountain view, and rich breakfast.

The double room offers one room with double bed, sleeping couch for two more people, shower/toilet, balcony with mountain view and rich breakfast. If needed, a children’s crib is also available!

There is also a kitchenette for your use. It includes fridge, coffee machine and tea kettle as well as dishes. If needed, a children’s high chair is available.

Equipment: All prices include electricity, heating, towels, tablecloths, cable tv and local fee; the vacation apartment price also includes bed sheets and tablecloths, final cleaning. Children’s bed available.

Our small but impressive fitness room with equipment such as bodywalker, home trainer and fitness center, you can use your vacation doing something good for your body.

In house, we offer you rehabilitating treatments and full-body massage by professional physiotherapists who can also treat you as requested by German social security institutions. When you do your booking, you can also schedule appointments already!

"Shiatsu" and "acupressure" also offered.

Our sauna (EUR 7.- per person, towel or bathrobe EUR 1,50) with relaxation room you can bring body, mind and spirit back to harmony or relax from the stresses of an exhausting day. Our magnetic field mattress (EUR 6,- per session) can also contribute to your well-being.

In the summer, the large play and rest lawns and the sun terrace invite you to stay. Of course, there is also a small playground with swing, sandbox, a small slide, table tennis and a small water basin available for our young guests. While they play, the parents can make themselves comfortable, relaxing on benches with a cup of coffee.

Our Breakfast:

For a good start into your vacation days, you can have breakfast in our cozy breakfast room at the tiled stove-room. We offer this “Feel good Breakfast” (including muesli buffet) also to our vacation apartment guests, if desired only for single days. The price is EUR 8 per person for adults, EUR 4 per person for children older than 6 years. Our “Brötchenservice” is available for our guests in vacation apartments.

When the weather is nice, breakfast is served on our sun terrace!

Further Information:

For stays of only three days or fewer, we charge a fee of EUR 4 per person per day, for all rooms and apartments.

Vacation apartments are only available for stays of longer than four days!

Check-in: Please note that the rooms and apartments are ready for you to move in only after 2 p.m.

Check-out: On the day of your departure, you may use the room/apartment until 10 a.m.

Arrival/departure can also be during weekdays!

Local fee is EUR 1 per person per day; will be charged separately. Children up to 18 years of age: no fee.

Driving Directions Munich Airport:

This unit is located conveniently near Munich Airport. From Munich Airport the distance to the unit at Sylvensteinstraße 16, 83661 Lenggries is about 107 km (66.8 miles), approximately a 1 hour 16 minutes drive by car. In addition, there are good public transportation options available for Lenggries, in case you don't want to rent a car. At the top of this page is also a map with the exact location of the object.

Pure Nature:
The "small gift store" for you, directly on location. Here, you find nice gifts which are not the same as always and everywhere, for those who stayed at home or for yourself. All use, as the name implies, “lots of nature.”
Hiking:
Our house lies directly at the various hiking trails on the edge of the village of Lenggries. We will gladly help you plan your hikes, both with maps and from our own experience.
In Winter:
The Isarwinkel offers you a surprising range of winter sport opportunities. Come and enjoy the magic of winter in crystal-clear air. Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hikes, sledge rides, ice skating,..
The free ski bus which runs hourly has a stop only a few meters from our front door and brings you to the ski area or trails, which are only a five minute drive away.

We also offer rental bikes, for free! Inhale deeply and push into the pedals – the Isarwinkel, one of the largest and most beautiful nature reservations in Germany is ideal for it. You can get further information e.g. in the Moserführer Genusstouren Oberbayern I or through Via Bavarica Tyrolensis (the most beautiful bike tour trail which runs right past our house).
