Description

Thanks so much for your interest. We are providing this home as a fantastic option for those needing accommodations for 30 days or more, who don't want to be cramped in an apartment or extended-stay hotel. Whether you're coming into town for a work assignment, military orders, or even a medical procedure at the nearby medical center, there's no reason to be limited to a hotel. Our home is just 15 minutes from downtown (Henry B. Gonzalez convention center, Riverwalk, etc.), and just as close to Sea World, and Lackland & Kelly Air Force bases. This lovely 3-bedroom/2.5 bath home can accommodate up to 12 people, making it a very cost-effective option for companies with projects in the area, or families trying to avoid costly, cramped hotel rooms.

This stunning home is located on the northwest side of San Antonio, just minutes from sea world, six flags, La Cantera (high end shopping & restaurants), and less than 20 minutes from all of the downtown attractions (Alamo, river walk, etc). You're located right in the middle of everything, but yet you feel like you're living in your own private island oasis. As owners of multiple properties in San Antonio and frequent travelers to the virgin islands, our two favorite lifestyles are island life and and Texas hill country life. Our goal with this home was to merge the two together and bring the virgin islands to San Antonio!

Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, along with additional sleeping space in the air-conditioned cabana and a sleeper couch in the family room. Did we mention this home also includes a PRIVATE in-ground pool?! The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. We do manage a few different properties, some of which have hot tubs, so please inquire if you are looking for that amenity.

As you spend your lazy afternoons lounging in the hammock next to your private pool and air conditioned cabana, napping and dreaming of a tropical getaway, you wake up to realize that you already are at a tropical getaway, right in the heart of San Antonio, TX! Fix yourself a tropical beverage in your cabana bar, pick a fresh banana, take a quick dip in your pool, then doze back off into tropical bliss. You'll also appreciate the beautifully landscaped yard featuring palm, citrus, and banana trees. Hibiscus, jasmine and honeysuckle attract hummingbirds and other varieties.

The cabana not only features a bar with TV (AT&T Uverse) - a great place to watch a game! - but additional sleeping, if needed. We've included a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and plenty of chairs and living space. 2 sets of double doors open to outdoor living at it's finest. PLEASE NOTE: there is NO bathroom in the cabana, so this would be a fun place to nap or sleep for a night or two, but longer-term renters will want to utilize the 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths inside the home. The cabana does have an A/C unit, but no heat, so please keep that in mind when booking in the winter months.

The backyard is landscaped with a combination of native Texas and tropical plants and frequented by various varieties of birds and squirrels.

Inside, you will find the following sleeping arrangements:

Other amenities include: wireless internet, front-loading washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender), stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, plans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc), home phone, large master bedroom w/ en suite, 3 TV's (one mounted over the fireplace), DVD player, stainless steel gas grill, and much more!

The monthly rate is $2995/month. We require at least 50% of your first month’s rent to reserve the home. All utilities except electric are provided for stays of 30 days or more. Lawn service, pool service, trash, sewer, Internet, and Cable TV are all provided!

$400 REFUNDABLE damage deposit required (separate from this site payment). Guest will be invoiced directly 30 days prior to guest arrival, and check-in instructions will not be provided until all balances are paid in full. Damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, as long as there are no damages to the property.
