This 3 bedroomed lodge is located only 3 miles from the fishing village of Oban on the Argyll coast.
The area is surrounded by rolling countryside and castles and makes an ideal base for a family holiday at any time of year.
Lerags Glen is located 3 miles from Oban, the Gateway to the Isles, in Agyll.
Oban has a colourful community spirit with regular boating regattas and the picturesque harbour town is home to some of the best fish and chip shops and seafood restaurants in Scotland with the local fisherman providing a daily source of fresh fish.

We stayed in the conifer lodge during our visit and were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The lodge is very well equipped and comfortable. We expected it to be cold but actually found that it heat up very quickly with the electric heating. Our views from Connifer six were breathtaking the weather was lovely throught out short stay which made it all the better. The Lodges are just a short drive from Oban town centre where there is ample restaurants cafe's and pubs, we even picked up a Chinese takeaway to take back to the lodge. It really was a pleasurable vist for us and we will defiantly return. Our only downfall was the Internet connection, we paid to have daily connection but it was so poor we were unable to use it.
I would recommend the lodges to others. Just be aware they are not luxery accommodation, some areas could be doing with upgrading! -

We took my mother for a holiday to Oban, booking this self catering lodge. Beautiful location and very well fitted and warm cottages. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency but we will go back, hopefully next year to complete our holiday.

My husband & I stayed in the conifer lodge with our 3 kids & had a great time. The lodge itself was compact but a good size for the 5 of us & had everything we needed. Our lodge had a stunning view over the loch & would definitely go back, the kids didnt want leave.
I would definitely recommend lerags to families/couples wanting a base to explore the Oban & the surrounding areas
