(1,100 m2) This luxurious new villa with sea views is located on the hillside of a popular residential complex, built on two levels with terraces on each level. The land surrounding it is completely fenced. It has a lovely wooden deck surrounding the private swimming pool (10m x 5m). The villa has a wonderful view of the bay.

First Floor: The entrance to the villa is on the first floor level, where you will find a large living room with two sitting areas and an open fireplace, along with a satellite TV and French doors leading to the terrace, with sea views. One wall is open into the dining room, where there is a table with seating for six or eight and another set of French doors onto the terrace. A luxurious, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven/stove and dishwasher. There is also one bedroom with a 150 cm narrow queen bed, an office area, and a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.
Ground floor: Downstairs you will find another nice sitting area with a large-screen satellite TV, and French doors leading onto a terrace. The master bedroom contains a narrow 150 cm queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, large bathtub, and separate shower. The room also has access to a private terrace overlooking the pool area. Another bedroom has a narrow 150 cm queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and tub with handheld showerhead, and a private terrace. The third room also has a narrow 150 cm queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. A laundry room has both washing machine and a dryer.
Within walking distance of the center of Puerto Pollensa, its beach, restaurants, and shops, this villa rental is ideal for families or couples who enjoy a nice stroll before a meal or a swim. The Pollensa area around this vacation rental offers a number of different activities, most of them related in one way or another to the beautiful beaches. Several natural beaches dot the coastline, as well as the primary artificial one, which has been recently extended. The waters of the bay are warm and shallow, great for families with children, while the usual array of facilities and water sports are available. Further away are the Calvari steps, all 365 of them, which are used annually on Good Friday for a religious procession. The natural surroundings of northern Mallorca are full of contrasts. The Serra de Tramuntana mountain range displays its highest peaks and deepest valleys, creating an incredibly dramatic landscape. Hidden coves and fine sandy beaches compliment the colors of the limestone rocks and majestic pines. Pollensa Town, a short drive away, thrives with art galleries, handicrafts, music, and excellent restaurants. There are also many historic buildings (including a former Jesuit convent), as well as a Sunday morning market in Placa Major square. The Pollensa area is also home to the Albufereta Nature Reserve, 150 hectares of canals, lakes, and reed beds filled with nearly 200 species of birds.

We had a very good stay at the villa and we all enjoyed our stay very much.
It had beautiful views.
Unfortunately, the pool had no shallow end which made it impossible to play with the kids for more than a few minutes, so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked to.
Very nice town to walk around and everywhere was very child-friendly.
