The location is great nice gardens setting quite close to the Leura Village and overlooking the golf Course. Very nice room and plsant staff. Good fully cooked breakfast was free daily-one of the bnest value we had in the Blue Mountains

great location within the blue Mountains Of NSW.This motel is set within 4 acres of nice gardens and overlooks the Leura Golf Course. The room was nicely decorated and with good quality linen, very large king size bed. Very quite and secured accommodation within the mountains. Near Leura village and its various restaurant and very special old fashion shops. Great value which include fee breakfast and WI FI internet.Very friendly staff.Recommended

We stayed here last night because of the good last minute rate and the convenience of the location. The location is great and the autumn trees in the garden spectacular.. Having been disappointed last time and on reading the previous reviews we were a bit cautious on arrival. However the room was OK. It was good to find that the sheets were new and fresh. Generally all was well except I had to go down to Reception to obtain English Breakfast tea bags and another wine glass. i
The room was in good order; the chairs had been reupholstered but had a nice feeling to them. We had a nive veranda overall an improvement on our last stay and the last minute price was good.The full cooked breakfast was very good and the rate we got was very attarctive!
