The property, made up by one room with independent access, and one 2-room apartment, is located at ground floor of a modern condo, in the heart of Levanto.

The building, even though not far from the exciting life of the village, remains in a quiet and pleasant area. It is surrounded by a walled private garden, belonging to Nota & Sinfonia, and both room and apartment have independent private access directly from the garden.

Upon entering the garden we first meet Nota Room, simple and welcoming, with en-suite bathroom with tub. The Room is very nice, it has one window opening on the garden, a double bed, a big wardrobe and a close...t where refrigerator and boiler can be found for preparing one's breakfast.

Furnishing is simple but functional.

Sinfonia apartment, next to Nota Room, is welcoming, spacious and extremely comfortable.

It is the holiday apartment of a famous pianist so music and art give a distinctive trait to the place.

It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an extremely large sitting room with a working Piano and a very large kitchen, completely equipped and wit top quality appliances.

Next to kitchen a very useful laundry room with washing machine.

Bathrooms with shower are nicely decorated, clean and quite spacious.

Apartment and Room can be rented together for larger family or friends parties, up to 6 sleeps.

Levanto is a comune (municipality) in the province of La Spezia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 60 km southeast of Genoa and about 20 km northwest of La Spezia. The town is on the coast at the end of a valley, thickly wooded with olive and pine trees. The ridges on either side of the valley thrust out into the sea as the headlands of Mesco and Levanto. The municipality forms part of the coastal district known as the Comunità Montana della Riviera Spezzina, and part of its territory is included in the Cinque Terre National Park.
Thank to its long beaches and waves and its mild climate, Levanto is today well known as one of the most interesting site for surfing. So, youth from all over the world come today to try the rip & curls of Levanto shores and the deliciousness of its food and its lively pubs.
