Large holiday villa with pool and lovely seaview in Levanto, Liguria Italy.

Incredible! This house was converted from an old church in the 1900’s into a liberty-style villa. It is now available as a very unique vacation villa surrounded by peaceful green scenery with stunning views over the Mediterranean sea.

The villa (160 m²) comfortably sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms:

- On the main floor is the living room with open fireplace, cosy couches and large flat screen TV, a separate fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bunk beds.

- On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with 2 single bed...s, and 2 bathrooms (one with whirlpool bathtub and one with shower).

- In a separate building (just next (3m) to the main house), there is a fifth bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Outside you’ll find a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, with splendid, panoramic views over the sea. The house is surrounded by a private garden (2000m²) containing many olive trees and beautiful plants. There is a small swimming pool (6x3m) with sun loungers and views over the sea and the neighbouring village of Levanto.

This holiday villa is situated upon a hill (click here) along the Ligurian coast, adjacent to the charming village of Levanto, and is within walking distance (600m), down narrow cobbled streets, of the beach. A beautiful walking trail passes by the house on which you can hike all the way to Cinque Terre’s first village, Monterosso al Mare. Levanto is a popular tourist destination with its extensive beach and many shops and restaurants.   Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Lage ĂĽberhalb der Stadt.
  Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht ist überwältigend, allerdings mussten wir uns diesen Blick zuerst freischneiden, das Grundstück war verwahrlost und hatte seit Wochen keinen Gärtner gesehen.
  Für die anfahrt ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu empfehlen, der Zustand der Strasse, bzw. des direkt am Hause gelegenen Wanderweges ist kaum für normale Fahrzeuge geeignet.
  Von den fünf Schlafzimmern sind nur drei Zimmer wirklich zu gebrauchen. Das vierte Zimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer mit einer Luftluke und das fünfte Zimmer befindet sich in der "Dependance". Dieser umgebaute Ziegenstall hat ein gravierendes Problem mit eindringender Feuchtigkeit, nach zwei Nächten zwang der modrige Geruch und die Schimmelbildung zum auszug, das Platzproblem verschärfte sich.
  Die Betten waren ansonsten akzeptabel, nicht groĂźartig.
  
  W-Lan funktionierte ĂĽber Vodafone-Stick, der vom Vermieter zur VerfĂĽgung gestellt wurde. Allerdings war das Datenvolumen schon zu 90% aufgebraucht.
  
  Die ausstattung der Küche wurde sofort beim Vermieter reklamiert, es gab nur kaputte Töpfe und Pfannen, schnell wurde preiswerter Ersatz beschafft.
  Die Bäder sind für diese Preisklasse inakzeptabel. Die letzte Renovierung dürfte in den 70ern erfolgt sein, teilweise waren die Spülkästen der Toiletten defekt.
  Der Pool ist winzig, aber ordentlich, immerhin.
  Ingesamt ein schönes Objekt für Leute ohne großartige ansprüche, aber sicherlich nicht 4300 Euro / Woche wert.
