Fiquei neste apartamento de 09 a 17.02.2013. Excelente localização(1 quadra da avenida larco). Decoração moderna. Todos os utensílios. 2 qtos. 2 banheiros, sendo um na suite. 2 tv, com tv a cabo com dezenas de canais, inclusive os mais importantes. Excelente relação custo x benefício. 1 cama de casal e 2 camas de solteiro. 2 quadras do supermercado. meia quadra da internet e telefone. o apto tem wi-fi e fone para receber chamadas. recomendarei a todos os meus amigos. 8 Dias Custaram-me 460 DOLÁRES Mais 35 Dolares DE Limpeza
English: I stayed in this apart. from 09 to 17.feb. Fantastic Localization (1 block from av.larco). Nice decoration. 2 bedroom(1 suite). 2 bath. 2 cable tv. A lot of channels. Excelent cost x benefits. 1 couple bed and 2 single bed. 2 blocks from supermarket and half block to lan house and phone call. The apart has wi-fi and phone to receive calls. much better than stay hoter or moter.
no room service but anything out nice...
the only did't like ... to busy street and noice of buses, cars, may be that is life of lima.

Nice spacious living room, kitchen is small but sufficient. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Only downsides were the shower was only ever lukewarm (but that was the case in other places we stayed in Peru also) but quite useable and it got a bit cold at night, but nothing an extra layer of clothing couldn't sort. The people we dealt with for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful as were the security guards in the lobby. Location was great, lots around in that area and cheap taxis everywhere. Had wifi and DVD player which was nice also. A great alternative to a hotel.

Nos hospedamos en este departamento por alrededor de una semana y media.
El departamento esta bien ubicado en Miraflores, a medio camino entre el Parque Kennedy y Larcomar.
Hay vigilancia las 24 horas del dia a la entrada al edificio. El departamento esta en buen estado y permite alojar hasta 5 personas.
Adicionalmente, quedamos muy agradecidos con Ciro, que siempre se presento muy amable y dispuesto a escucharnos. -

We loved our stay here. Ciro was one of the nicest people we met during our two weeks in Peru, but communicating with him could be a problem if you don't speak Spanish well. The doorman was also extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Not to mention the location. It was close to many great restaurants, a wonderful market and a just short walk to the coast. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving, we had to wait an extra hour to get in to the apartment. However, we got a nice tour of the city and Larcomar in the meantime (at 11pm). When we got in, we had a beautiful and clean space. Everything we needed was provided at the apartment. Although it was winter, we stayed warm under the blankets provided but it was a little drafty in the main room in the evenings. Car horns and alarms from below can be heard starting in the early morning and continuing until late at night, but there's no escaping those anywhere in the city!
This apartment is within walking distance from everything! We never took a cab to go to the main plaza in Miraflores, the coast, or any restaurant. We even walked to the nearby town of Barranco, which was a bit more of a hike but worth it as we walked along the ocean. Just a couple blocks down was also a bike tour company and we did a bike tour of San Isidro and Miraflores that included the ruins of Huaca Pucllana.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend this place to others. -

I thought the apartment was ideal for the time I was there with my 3 other friends. We were able to go quickly get to the park, restaurants and even beach within a few minutes of walking although it was cold it was nice to walk by Larcomar. Ciro was very helpful and communicating with the owner was very simple. Wi-FI worked very well and the rooms were a good size..not too big or small. Everything was great for the amount of time we stayed! Definitely take advantage of the location, it was great to easily get to so many attractions in such little time.

The apartment was great. Spacious and clean. There is a hair salon right dowstairs and it is inexpensive and they do a great job. In walking distance to shops & restaurants. Would try to get same apartment next time we go. Only issue we had was that the TV in the living room would not work sometimes - but that was on and off.

LimaAptGetaway Rentals was very accommodating and easy to coordinate and rent from. We ended up arriving at 1AM and someone was able to meet us and walk us through the apt. The apartment was clean and in a great, central location in Miraflores. It was a little spare and basic. One bathroom was a little small and smelled of mildew. Everything was clean and easy to work which was great. I would definitely recommend it for a budget vacation.

The apt was very nice and clean. My only complaints are that the hot water would go away and I would have to shut the faucet off and then turn it back on. And the hall way light shuts off after a certain time at night. But if this does bother than I would reccomend this apt to anyone. The person in charge was very pleasant and flexible with accomadating departure times. Hope to see them in August again! :-)

Miraflores is a good place to be.

The apartment is very conveniently located in Miraflores, close to cafes, restaurants, transit and grocery stores. However, it is on a fairly busy street so if you have problems sleeping with traffic noise, either bring some earplugs or look for something on a quieter street.

Had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Located in a safe area with good grocery shopping and entertainment. The apartment itself has a very comfortable feel to it. Nice masterbedroom, very comfortable bed. Good size flatscreen TV. Will stay here next time if they have the space available.

I must say this is one of the best locations in
Miraflores, Lima to stay. It's only a hop skip and a
jump away from all the exciting attractions,
authentic Peruvian restaurants and an array of
shops!
This rental haven gives you the same feel of a
posh hotel in N.Y.C. including contemporary
furnishing and a fantastic view of Miraflores
without spending a fortune!!
I surely recommend this amazing retreat to
anyone. You don't have to worry about anything
but enjoying your trip! Bravo-O!
