Place was even better than the pictures show, perfect views, doorman security, and very clean. What a vacation!!! You can watch the surf all day from your family room if you want too.

Off the beaten path but within walking distance of Kennedy Square. These folks were very helpful and the condo was excellent. Saved me big bucks over a hotel stay, so what if myself and the wife had to do the light housekeeping.

The setup process to book the apartment was easy and well managed. They also helped us secure save transportation from/to the airport. I had been to Lima and Miraflores before and on the whole the experiene was very nice and we had a great stay.
The positives about the apartment.
* Great location
* Large, newer apartment, freshly cleaned
* Friendly manager and apartment staff
* Comfortable furniture
* Outstanding views
The negatives about the apartment.
* Only one set of keys was provided (more were asked for)
* The manager's English was not enough to effecvtively communicate at times
* The main Tv's cable did not work
* The phone did not work at times
* Water leaked in one of the bathrooms
* Only 1 towel per person was provided
* Sparce furniture was provided in the bedrooms
* Only the minimal amount of consumables were provided (eg. toilet paper, kitchen items, etc) - Not even a bottle of water was in the apartment.
* We had to purchase room fans and a sharp knife on our first morning
* English instructions for items like the washer and dryer would have been nice
* We were late arriving, nobody met us at the apartment (not even a note)
* The drivers they had arranged spoke no english at all
Overall it was a good experience (first time renting an apartment) but next time I will be more particular in my arrangements. -

The views are breathtaking! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the green park and blue ocean will always be some of our favorite memories of this unit. We were extremely comfortable and treated very courteously. From the check in to the arranging of our accomodations, everything was very professional and secure. Thank you alquileresperu!

What an incredible experience! My husband and kids loved staying in this comfortable beautiful home, with stunning views of the beach/ocean! Definetly would go back again, and I have already recommended this place to family and friends. So close to everything location location location!, and has everything you need to make it an enjoyable vacation. The place was immaculate!The price is completely reasonable, and definetly beats staying in any hotel. Our experience with the manager was a pleasure from booking the reservation to checking out. My husband and kids enjoyed it so much, we didnt want to leave. We will definetly come back soon.
