We stayed at Beatriz's apartment twice. First time was when we first got to Lima and then after our trek to Machu Picchu. The apartment was centrally located. We were close to restaurants and a 24 hr supermarket. Beatriz was very helpful in providing everything we needed for our stay. I would have given this a 5 star but on our second stay we did not have hot water due to the cleaning crew had forgotten to turn it on for us. Other than that..the apartment was clean and very comfortable for all of us.

We stayed in this apartment for one week and we were very impressed with accomodations. It has confortable living and dinning room with flat screen, cable and wifi. Great Kitchen with all we needed to cook our meals whenever we wanted to eat at home. good size bedrooms and 3 baths. Located next to market, restaurants, stores, Miraflores Park and 10 minute walk to Larcomar and boardwalk. Also handling reservations, paying and deposit reinbursement was very easy and efficient.

My wife and I traveled with some friends to Peru and this apartment was a blessing! We are seasoned travelers and never had tried the apartment rental and I don't know if we will ever go back to a hotel on extended stays! If you perfer to find your own was around and create your own adventures, are self motivated and don't need assistance with taxi's, eateries and the like this is a great option.
The communication between us and the owners was great with us having an early arrival 5:00am the key was left with the doorman (there 24hrs a day) Location was two blocks from the main drag and about a mile or so to the coast which is a great distance as the walk was enjoyable. The apartment appeared to be on a busy street as it was close to casinos but on the 10th floor noise was not an issue. The best feature was the Peruvian version of Whole Foods (Vivanda?) is one door away. We stayed in for dinner/drinks one night and routinely ran down there for snacks and it was about a 5 minute round trip! Clean, confortable and Convinient! -

The location is great - near theaters (a good selection of theater productions within walking distance for those who speak Spanish), coffee houses, good restaurants, Parque Kennedy, Larco Mar Mall on the cliffs overlooking the ocean, easy access to taxis, next door to a very upscale supermarket and near antique, handicraft and good book stores. These were the main consideration for us in renting this apartment. Owner's representative works in the building and was always friendly, cooperative and available for the few things we needed to see her about.
The apartment was bigger than we needed and clean, but it needs some cosmetic repairs to minor things such as the rollers for the closet doors in the master bedroom; it doesn't have a washer or dryer, but laundries are conveniently nearby; like all of Lima the phone system is a bit of a pain in the neck, with the land line in the flat not being able to call mobile phones in Lima unless the owner has arranged for this with the phone company, which was not in place when we moved in but was remedied by the owner's rep. in short order when we requested it. The elevator in the building stops a bit roughly but seems to be well maintained in any case.

I just came back from Lima and I can tell you that the master bedroom closet door has been fixed.
Concerning having free line for cellphones. This could be very hard to track so what we are going to do is give the renter a cellphone with some free minutes and later they will decide to add more minutes at their cost.

Wonderful compact apartment with a 24 hr security guard and gated doors in a safe, prime location. Tenth floor, clean living quarters with everything you need provided (even had a luggage scale). Prepare for some late night noise, just as you would fine in any major city. The full kitchen, with the added bonus of the 24 hr grocery store next door and restuarants on the same block, are perfect for those with picky eaters.
Close to modern and artisan shopping, ocean view and sports, laundry services, main bus/taxi routes and full scale restuarant shopping options. Friendly prompt service from the manager who runs a business in the same building. We would stay again and recommend it to friends and family w/o hesitation! -

I would definitely recommend this apartment. We had a great time in Lima staying here. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean and in a really great spot in Mirafores. It's a short walk down to Locomar on the coast and there are lots of bars close by.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
3rd bedroom has bunk beds and is better suited for kids. Has ceiling fans in most rooms. Air conditioning is not needed most times of the year. -

I was not sure what to think of this place at first, but once my girlfriend and I finally checked in and settled down the apartment grew on us more and more every day we were there. It is the small things about this place that counted the most. First off, the location doesn't get much better. We were right in the heart of the city, close enough to the beach and right next to a 24hr super market. We loved the lay out because it offered great views and every room seemed to tie into each other. The rooms were comfortable and the owner understands the importance of having fans in each room to keep you cool on the hotter days. The thing that would make me come back the most is how quiet the apartment was. I have stayed in Miraflores before, but it is usally right on top of a busy city street. This place over looks a quite parking lot in the middle of the city. I would recommend this place to couples and small families.

The location and the condition of the condo was excellent. The condo is in front of the atlantic City Casino, next to a 24 hour supermarket Vivanda..the equivalent of whole foods in the USa, or another gourmet supermarket excellent.
The Fiesta Thunderbird Hotel is on the same block too. No taxi driver can possibly get lost.
Around the corner there are banks, ATM and money changers offering better conversion rates than the banks. The aTM I advise to use is WorldNet in Interbank it is always operational. The condo has all the modern appliances in good working order. The noise from loud bagboys in the 24 hour Vivanda supermarket and taxis reminds me of NYC (use earplugs)

This apartment it's comfortable, with a great location, near everything turistic, in the heart of Miraflores.
I like the convenience of the Supermarket, Restaurants, banks and the Souveniers Market near by.
We only have to get used to the apartment without heat, but we just put a ligth sweater and we're just fine, At night the beds were very nice and warm. -

I enjoyed to stay in a nice flat situated in a very nice aera in Lima : Miraflores. Very close to shops, restaurants and places to visit in this aera.
The flat is big enough, clean and cosy to feel like home.
