El departamento esta ubicado en el quinto piso de un exclusivo edificio de 7 pisos, cuenta con 85 metros cuadrados, en una calle de poco tránsito vehicular.
El dormitorio principal tiene vista a la calle y cuenta con baño completo incorporado (tina) y una cama Queen, con 2 amplios walking closet con espejos, el segundo dormitorio tiene vista interior y tiene una cama de 11/2 plaza, c...on closet, este comparte un cómodo segundo baño completo (sábanas de algodón, edredones, cubrecamas de algodón, almohadas, toallas de calidad).
En la entrada a primera vista se encuentra la sala comedor, con una barra al estilo americano y el baño de visita.
La sala-comedor cuenta con una amplía mampara y balcón, gran iluminación y esta elegantemente decorada.
Le ofrecemos una cocina completamente equipada.( amplio refrigerador de dos puertas, plancha de cocina digital electrica, lavadora-secadora, horno microondas, tostadora, licuadora, cafetera, plancha y tabla de planchar) platos, vasos, copas, menaje de cocina y todos los utensilios necesarios para que durante su estadía se sienta como en casa.
El baño de visita es un baño completo con ducha, lavatorio e inodoro.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Miraflores with 2 bedrooms, street view and excellent lighting.
The apartment is very good located in the center of Miraflores at 3 blocks of the “Malecon de Miraflores”, at a few blocks of Larcomar.
The apartment is located at the fifth (5th) floor in an exclusive building with 7 floors, with a total of 85 square meters and laying at a street with very low traffic.
The master bedroom has street view with Queen bed and has a build in bathroom with bathtub, spacious walk-in closet with mirrors. The second bedroom has a side view, closet and has a bed, size 1 ½ person. The second bedroom has a separate full bathroom with shower.
All bed rooms have cotton bed sheets, comforter, cotton bed covers, pillows, quality towels.
The sitting - dining room has a big screen window and balcony, good lighting and is very nice decorated.
The apartment has a full equipped kitchen with large 2 door refrigerator, electric integrated cooking plate, washer-dryer, micro oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron and iron board, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking gear to feel you at home during your stay.
The second bathroom is a full bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet.
The apartment is equipped with two (2) TV LCD, one DVD, internet access (WIFI), fix house phone for receiving local calls, cable service (TV channels).
