  I stayed in this apartment for one month with my friend and we were both extremely satisfied with it! The apartment had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had a fridge, stove, microwave, even a toaster. Large bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit. It is a 1st floor apt so we heard cars, but this really wasn't very bothersome. It is a clean building in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood with a security guard 24/7. Fast unlimited wifi, cable and fixed phone line. We both felt very safe even at night. The location is really ideal--just a short (and breath-taking!) walk to a major shopping and dining center, Larcomar. A bit further away but still in walking distance is Parque Kennedy (Park). Just around the corner there is a gas station for any food/drink essentials. Taxis were easy to get since we were on a major road and were an easy and cheap way to get around. The building is also close to a Metropolitano bus station for access to the center of Lima. A short taxi ride got us to Barranco, where there are restaurants, pubs, and art galleries. The owner was very nice, thoughtful, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
