This property which is affectionately called "Penny Farthing" has been completely renovated and is as new in all aspects.
Downstairs: There is a sitting room, with wood burner which leads through to a big kitchen/dining room, all being open planned. The kitchen is fully equipped with all items being new, such as electrical appliances, crockery and cutlery.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms both en-suite with bath and shower.

The quiet village of Negrelat is on the Route of Richard the Lion Heart. There are also at least three lovely Chateaux within approximately 5 to 6 kilometres from the cottage. The best is called Chateaux Montbrun which is about 3 kilometres from Negrelat a superb setting and with a pub/restaurant.
The area has a good selection of restaurants of varying food types and options from basic French to full International cooking of a very high calibre.
The position is ideal for anyone in search of a property to buy in the area or anyone who needs a quiet base from which to work.
