'L'Appartement Cour' Light, Airy and attractive. This recently renovated, centrally heated apartment has all modern facilities yet retains many of the original features of the old building such as old beam, windows & doors. There is one bedroom with double bed, a living/dining room, modern walk in shower, toilet, separate kitchen leading to inner Cour with BBQ, patio heater, loungers & table with chairs. A perfect haven after a hard days sight seeing, wine tasting or just relaxing by the river!

Being only 80 metres from the Place de Republique which is the heart of the town you are central for the cafe culture, people watching and great restaurants! We are close to all shops and amenities, within only a few minutes walk of the excellent swimming pool, river bathing (at your own risk!!), pretty little park, Friday Market and local railway station. Limoux has a Piano museum, Automat museum, Petiet Art Museum, Purfumed Gardens, festivals, concerts etc etc, the list goes on. White water rafting, horse riding are just a short distance and snow skiing in Winter, Scuba Diving and beaches in the Summer are just an hours drive. There is plenty of free car parking around the town, and car hire is available from the airport at Carcassonne just 20 minutes away.

Exactly as the owner (Clare) says, the appartment is definately, 'pretty, light and airy'. A hop and a skip from all the action. Try to include a Friday for the great market and check out the Japanese / Korean restaurant (closed Wednesdays and Thursdays) - Clare will point you in the right direction. We are owners of gites / chambres d'hotes (www.roudeille.com) so tend to be very discerning! We didn't get to use the lovely little terrace but it looks pefect for the sunny days. Will defo go back. Clare's Pretty, light & airy apartment was exactly that. We loved the apartment and the location was the best. Every morning walked maybe 1 block to bakery, butcher, coffee house and center plaza. Clare also showed us the studio on the 3rd floor which has a wonderful sunny terrace. Limoux is a wonderful city with several butchers, bakeries, cheese shops and a varity of retail. I am moving there next year.

Apartment very French but with English owners hospitality a perfect match. Accommodation well furnished with everything you need and plenty of spotless bedding and towels. As we stayed the week the bath robes were a lovely thought especially if flying low budget. Near to all restaurants , parking easy, and lovely walks along the nearby river.

An extremely friendly and hospitable owner made sure that our stay was a comfortable and memorable one. This first floor apartment, although modernised has been done to retain a truly French flavour and offers very generous space and accommodation. The town house's central setting makes it very convenient for the square and its many eating facilities. Also for exploring this lovely town and the small well stocked "supermarket". There is nothing to dislike about this apartment although on street car parking, always achieved,can be a challenge.
