Left on 03/10/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We just stayed here the last few days. Great location, great view, cute and cozy, and we loved the fireplace as well. You can see the Ocean while laying in bed. We enjoyed our stay. Price is fair, and has all amenities you need for cooking in. We have stayed many places in Lincoln City and Depot Bay over the last several years, some much more expensive with many more amenities, some not. This was the perfect in-between and we'd come back again! Armen and Rachel were workable with a special request we had and our entire booking was very smooth. Thank you armen and Rachel.

Perfect!
Left on 03/09/2013 for a stay in March 2013
I was looking for a small place with an ocean view for a solo birthday getaway. When I walked in it was exactly what I was hoping for. Quiet and comfortable, I could see the ocean from the couch (which also happened to be a world-class napping sofa). Just a few steps away from public beach access. Quiet part of the beach. Perfect for one or two people. Three or four would be stretching it. I would definitely come here again if I ever need to unplug my electronics and recharge myself. (There is a TV there but I never turned it on).

Left on 11/30/2012 for a stay in November 2012
What a great little find this was. We stayed here over Thanksgiving Weekend and had a wonderful time. The location was close to the beach, we had a beautiful view and it was nice and quiet. Very comfortable and cozy. Loved the fireplace and had constant fires. Left the blinds open and woke up to viewing the ocean. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others for sure!! We also had great weather for November.

Bend, OregonHome away from Home Cozy Condo
Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Cozy generally means small, and this condo was small but certainly adequate for my wife and teen age daughter. It was charmingly rustic in that it had some wall decorations that were made from distressed things like window frames with peeling paint. It all had the feel of "make yourself at home" combined with a nice view of the ocean.
Hotels have the bare necessities, time share places have some necessities along with a few dishes, pots and pans, and this condo had all of the above plus all the stuff one normally has at home ... even a "junk drawer". We brought all our own condiments etc from home, but this place had all of that ... salt, sugar, tea, corn starch, flour, and even a can of vegetables. While we didn't use any of it, it felt reassuring that if we needed something we had forgotten to bring it was there.
There is a small separate bedroom with a very comfortable queen sized bed along with a pull out sofa bed in the main room. My daughter thought it was just fine. One thing that was amusing but maybe not so charming was the shower; the shower head was only about 5 feet from the floor in a small shower cabinet. Kind of tough to duck down for the shower unless you happen to be less than 5 feet tall. My daughter, who is 5'4", said she got down on her knees!
While the view of the ocean is nice from the room, the ocean is deceptively far away even though its roar could be readily heard. To walk to the ocean requires a walk down a small street to a stairway with 94 steps down to the beach. Good exercise. There is a Lincoln City town park on an inlet about a half mile down the beach.
Overall the condo is the antithesis of a new modern place with marble counter tops and all the latest accoutrements, but this cozy rustic place felt like home while being quiet, clean and comfortable. We would go back again if we choose to return to Lincoln City. -

Left on 03/18/2012 for a stay in March 2012
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the cute beach condo. The view of the ocean was incredible and at night too because of the full moon, you could actually see the waves crashing. Also the sound of the ocean was fantastic, even with the windows closed. The condo was so cute and the owners seem very eco-friendly with how they care for it too. It was a very nice and comfortable stay! Thank you, Armen & Rachel

Left on 03/05/2012 for a stay in March 2012
This little condo was ideal for what I was looking for during that weekend. My first words after walking into the living room was "I love it". My two "must haves" were a great price and an ocean view and this was the only place that had both. The owners even let me check in as early as I wanted since there was no one there prior to my coming.

Left on 03/05/2012 for a stay in February 2012
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend for our wedding anniversary. I found it very cost effective with all the amenities we needed! The weather was crazy! But we enjoyed the view, I love to walk the beach and since it was stormy, it wasn't walking beach weather, so having the huge windows to view the ocean was great. A hotel would have been more expensive, so we were very pleased! It was very relaxing as well, I will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful getaway we stumbled into! We found the place simply, we were in quickly & without hassling with a protracted check-in experience. Beautiful view of the ocean, big windows. I love the size--perfect for two, equipped galley kitchen, nice fireplace. The furniture isn't "Pier One"--that is to say, this place is like being in a beach retreat house. I feel an element of ownership here--I want to come back to my beach house.
Thanks to armen & Rachel! We're glad to have stayed & we can't wait to get back.
Now if only there was a decent coffee roaster on the Oregon coast... -

Little Paradise is a small but well equipped condo. My family of four did well there. We did however, take a camping lounge chair so that we could have more sitting space, as I noticed in the pics that there was not enough comfortable, relaxing furniture. This trip the guys wanted to go crabbing so this was a great place close to the bay. Beautiful sunsets every night. I wouild definitely go back..

When it got dark and I couldn't watch the ocean anymore, I was pleased by the wide selection of cable channels! We found the condo to be exactly as advertised. We slept well listening to the sea and enjoyed having full kitchen facilities. It was perfect for two people.

Idaho Falls, IdahoA quaint and clean place to call home
Left on 06/11/2011 for a stay in June 2011
We stayed 3 nights in June and the condo was wonderful. It is great value for the dollar you spend. It is only 425 sq ft but for a couple on their honeymoon this was perfect. The condo was very clean and the linens were fresh and comfy. The bed was a little stiff for our liking but we got used to it and its fine as long as you aren't super picky. Great water pressure and hot water. Plenty of kitchen stuff for making meals. The view is awesome. You can easily hear the ocean while you lay in bed and you also have a full view of the ocen from your bed. Its a short walk to the beach down 4 or 5 flights of stairs so the beach is not handicap accessible near the condo. Also if you don't enjoy putting a little effort into your beach experience the stairs might not be for you. All in all it was a great stay and we would do it again in a heart beat.

Left on 05/17/2011 for a stay in May 2011
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a few days in May. We loved the view of the ocean from the front windows, got to see some whales breaching and blowing air right from the couch! The bed was a little hard for our liking but other than that it was fantastic! The condo unit is at the very end of the complex so neighbors only on one side of you and no one above! Beach access was great, out the door, round the corner and then about 100 feet to the big stair case that leads to the beach. Overall, we would definatly recommend this place!

Stayton, ORPerfect weekend getaway!
Left on 04/19/2011 for a stay in April 2011
This cozy little condo was wonderful! My husband and I stayed two nights for our first overnight trip from our 17 month old. Everything was just as described, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the fireplace added just that little 'extra'! The view was pretty good and it was very quiet. The only downside was the mattress, it was way too firm. We actually slept on the hide-a-bed the second night! However, after speaking with the owners, it is on their "to do" list for things to replace.
The mattress aside, it was a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. -

My Mom & I stayed here for a girls weekend at the beach. It is a small unit, but very comfortable for two people. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves sitting and watching the sunset from the comfort of the couch. The owner was very nice and accomadating. The parking is a little far away, and it would have been nice to have a lamp in the living room. Other than these two small things, we had a wonderful stay.
