For accommodations we have a spacious 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath Condo with a mesmerizing view of the ocean. Along with a fully stocked kitchen, our master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, while our second bedroom has three twin sized beds (1 bunk). It's perfect for up to 5 people but with a comfortable, futon type couch in the living room will convert to provide accommodations for up to 7. (Sleeps 5-7)

The condo was very nice and had a great view of the ocean. had to walk about a block to get to the ocean and go down a long flight of stairs to get to the beach. If you don't mind climbing up them when your done it's not bad. The place was clean but they can replace the couch in the living room. It wasn't very comfortable to sit on for a long period of time. We would recommend this place to friends and would stay again.

Lincoln City has much to offer including a Tanger outlet and a casino. The North Lincoln County Historical Museum is another interesting nearby place to visit. You should also visit the Taft section of Lincoln City to the south of the condo, where you mught also view the sea lions. While staying at the condo, we explored the Tillamook cheese factory, which is about 50 miles to the north and the towns of Newport and Yachats to the south. That daytrip was also at least 50 miles away along beautiful routes. As we were enjoying the coastal view of nearby Depoe Bay, a Portland resident kindly suggested that we visit Cape Kiwanda, a quiet beach area to the north, near Pacific City. B&K;'s Condo was an ideal location for such exploration. The apartment has neither dishwasher nor laundry facilities nor can waves of the Pacific be seen or heard, but we were able to enjoy a beautiful ocean sunset from the living room one evening when there were no clouds in the sky. The apartment is well supplied with linens, games, kitchen utensils and even some food items for your convenience, of which we did not need to avail ourselves. A Thrifyway grocery store is not far south of the condo by car. We even had fun shopping briefly at the Goodwill store near the casino. There is a public sitting area up the ramp just toward the left of the stairway in the condo parking lot. There is even a friendly and serious church to attend within walking distance across the street, simply called "Evangelical Church". Caution: the Oregon coast can be quite chilly, even in summer; so, hooded jackets are a good idea to take along. The weather during our stay was perfection if you are not fond of very warm days.

The place was very clean. It was so easy to find it, and we don't have to worry if we check in late to pick up the key because the lock was pre-programmed. The view was spectacular! I do not have anything negative about the place. They have canned food, top ramen, ice pops, coffee and more stocked in the condo. The bathrooms were set with 5 sets of towels and there are more in the dressers. Really, I can go on and on...
The location is great, in fact, we picnic and had bonfire in two different spots in the beach. All in all, it is just great! -

I loved the view from the spacious windows of this cozy condo! Watched the sunset from the couch. Nice little fireplace and homey kitchen. Very close to the outlet mall and also to the theater and grocery store. Easy to find. I would definitely stay again, priced very reasonable.

The view of the ocean was awesome to see. The short walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants added to the relaxing atmosphere. Everything that was needed was close at hand.

This is the 4th time I've stayed in this convenient, cozy get-away. We loved the window wall with the view of the ocean over the roof tops. The beds are comfortable with many little extras that make the condo a great home base to explore the area. The beach is within walking distance. We even found two of the glass globes hidden on the beaches. The condo is located very close to scenic Newport, some great restaurants, and the outlet mall. We will definitely stay again.

Portland, OROur favorite Labor Day Weekend Spot

Our family has vacationed at this condo two Labor Day Weekends in a row. Price is right. Location is great. Our kids ages 4-18 spend the weekend surfing and boogie boarding - Nelscott surf shop is right in front of the condo- perfect for rentals. This year we were able to see the whales right from the condo parking lot. Lots of good memories.
