This was our first visit to Olivia Beach after having stayed in Washington at Seabrook many times (we wanted to see how they compared!). The first house we were in ended up having a carpenter ant issue but that was likely because of a construction project next door. The manager of Olivia Beach quickly got us settled in a different home...the Ocean Mist! The house itself was very pretty and quite clean. The kitchen was nice but not as well stocked as houses we have rented at Seabrook...my suggestion would be to pack what you might need pan and utensil wise (there was plenty of flatware). The house had three bedrooms with the master on the first floor. The master bed was really comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was nice. The upstairs rooms were pretty and shared a nice bathroom. There was also a basement which had a washer and dryer as well as a couch and t.v...I would not sleep down there though as there is not an exit or even windows for that matter so I would think that would be considered a fire safety issue. We did not have to utilize that space so we were fine. All in all a nice rental and the surrounding area was beautiful.

After a ridiculously hectic fall sports season, we recovered at this home in the Olivia Beach community. It was wonderful. The house was immaculate, beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was great - just a few minutes to the beach on foot. The amenities were great - we enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies, played games and ate a lot. I loved the kitchen and appreciated having everything we needed to cook there rather than eat out. We hope to make this an annual trip.
I only wish the neighbors would have adhered to the quiet hours - we were woken up at 6am one morning and 7am the next by someone in the neighboring hot tub. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
