Hello and Welcome to “The Warren at Olivia Beach”. We just completed our first summer of renting our home and many families had a wonderful time in our community. They returned to their own homes having made many wonderful family memories on the gorgeous Oregon Coast. The Warren was designed, built and furnished with families in mind. It was not built to be a “party” house nor is the home intended for large groups such as reunions and weddings. (Any use of the home for these occasions must be approved by the owner prior to booking a reservation.) It’s a place where parents and grandparents can sit on the porches... and watch their children ride bicycles throughout the neighborhood and play in the private park. The boardwalk leads directly in front of the house and guests are only moments away from our beautiful beach access complete with a bench to whale watch. The tide pools are only a few hundred yards from the stairs. Also, a fire pit and volleyball court are available in the park. The Warren has a “reverse” living design with the top floor housing the living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen. There are numerous French doors on the top floor that open to a wraparound porch where the ocean and park are easily seen. It is a magnificent view! The other three levels consist of 2 king-size suites with private baths, one queen-size suite with private bath and one pirate bedroom with two bunk beds. The children’s room is full of “swash buckling” décor. It also has a full bath. There are two other areas for families to gather in the home. There is a den on the third floor for watching movies and playing games. The finished basement is located on the fourth floor and is where the Wii is located (bring some of your own games) along with many board games. A French door in the basement leads directly to the 6 person Jacuzzi. Each room has brand new 600 count crisp white sheets, fluffy white towels and premier mattresses (Except for the children’s room where the pirates have taken over and ordered their own sheets!) There are 5 flat screen televisions, plenty of board games, a CD player, 3 DVD players with movies. Under no circumstances may guests arrange for the delivery and use of rented tables and chairs within The Warren. We hope that you will find that just as rabbits find comfort and a sense of togetherness in their warrens; your family will do the same. We invite you to turn the pages of the book that inspired this home: Watership Downs. Numerous copies are located throughout the house and it is a great vacation read! **** A $500.00 deposit is required at the time final balance is due. This $500.00 deposit is refundable based on the return condition of this home. **** This home is designed to accommodate 4 vehicles for parking. Street parking is not allowed. Guests need to use approved parking spaces provided at the home.
