Home near Lake-Large Wooden Deck, TVs, Brick Wood Burning Fireplace in living room. Home has a dining room, Washer & Dryer, full kitchen with all appliances and cookware. Kitchen has a nook overlooking the deck. Large private comfortable Master bedroom extending off deck. Comfortable Queen bed with sitting Chair with ottoman to relax or to read a book or watch TV. 2nd Bedroom has a queen/Sitting futon with a twin on top. Home has large queen elevated airbed in 2nd bedroom closet. TV in all rooms adding to a comfortable setting. Various movies and a... few games are available for your use. Home has plenty of bedding for all rooms and extra to accommodate your various needs. Ample amount of towels are provided for the kitchen and bath. City has designated 2 dedicated Parking spots --1 Large and 1 compact. The house is located on a quite dead-end street. It is walking distance to the outlets and close to the beach. Cancellations Policy::

No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 Days Prior to Date of Reservation. 50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 Days Prior to Date of Reservation (100% Refund of Cleaning Fee and Pet Fee) 100% Refund of All Fees Paid if Cancellation is Made at Least 61 Days Prior to Reservation-Cancellation Fee ($50) automatically. Same for changes to include switching, reduction in days, and other owner allowable changes, if made at least 61 days prior date of reservation- Cancellations/ Changes fees will apply. (Min $50)- All Refunds will be sent as a Check Payment/or credit card refund in 30 days. Refund---a one time Processing fee of $15 will be collected on all refunds.

  A place that is quiet and peaceful here you are. You can let your children play and not worry about traffic either. It's nice little walk to the beach if you want a little exercise too.

  I have stayed at the Devil's Lake home on many occasions and look forward to my visit each time. It's safe, cozy and clean and a wonderful place to stay when wanting to travel and visit the surrounding area and have a place to go back to and enjoy. The owners are wonderful to interact with and the price is outstanding for those on a budget or wanting to take the family;plenty of room! If you need additional items, as the house is supplied with basics, its no trouble to go to Grocery Outlet for extra paper towels or other items you may need during your stay. Come prepared and enjoy the the rest! "Cheers"
