This well cared for condominium is bright and homey with lots of room for four. This home offers the convenience of a washer/dryer and a kitchen that has been well equipped by an owner who loves to cook! Enter to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area with wood stove and glass slider to the back deck. Off the living area is the master bedroom with queen bed and full private bath. Adequate unit. Very nice wood stove that gets very warm.Ice maker not working. No "mud" room at the entry for boots and skies and no shuttle to Loon. Suggestions for the owners: Get a night stand for each side of the bed in master br. One is not enough. Put a lamp on one of them that is plugged into an outlet that is activated by the switch nearest the door. That way the room can be lighted upon entry. Non-stick pans would be easier to clean. Hair dryer and wi-fi would be important necessities.

place in excellent shape. It was very homey and comfortable. We rent from Loon,
at least once a year, and sometimes more, and will continue to do so. -

The property was very nice. we enjoyed the accommodations, except for a few small but annoying things - you really should provide more bath towels, and there were no tissues in one of the bathrooms. also, the pillows in the fancy shams should have had pillowcases on them so we could use them at night. otherwise, it was very nice. the ceiling fans in the bedrooms made the rooms very comfortable at night and we didn't need air conditioning. there were some Lincoln Logs and books for my younger daughter which were appreciated. i really enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Since we didn't stay over a weekend, the location was fine, and convenient to anything we needed in town.

Excellent location near the heart of Lincoln with stores and restaurants to hand. The unit has all amenities including two bath/shower rooms and air con. The only downside was just one chair on the balcony and some traffic noise from the Interstate when the windows were open. We had a great stay.
