We have stayed at the Village several times over the last few years, in Winter, Summer, and Fall. You cannot go wrong staying here during ski season. Loon is right across the street and they have buses going back and forth all day 8:30-4:30 from Dec until St Paddys day. There is a nice gas fireplace in the LR that is super cozy. There is a back porch for every unit that faces the mtn - real scenic, plus from the bedroom is the same view.
We have also stayed in the 2BR units which has a loft with another bedroom and 2 twins in the loft so travelling with kids works out well. There is a full kitchen with a full size refer and stove plus pots and pans. Flat screen TV and DVD rounds out this nice and clean accomodation.
Very convenient to all the area has to offer - summer and fall is fun too with foliage, shopping, and hiking.
Cons: pool area is nice but owned by another company. I like to have a beer in the jacuzzi after skiing, but they don't allow any alcohol in the pool area - not a deal breaker, but kind of a drag.
No elevator in any building but the main one so if you have 3rd floor, it's a bit of a schlep.
No on site restaurant or bar, but there are many nearby.
All in all a solid choice for that part of NH. -

It was such a pleasure to work with Rick. I made a last minute reservation for a ski weekend. Rick was so accommodating! He didn't have a unit available for what we wanted, but he made it work for us! The Village at Loon is great. It is right next to the mountain and the shuttle comes to the door to pick you up and bring you back after a day of skiing. The indoor pool and hot tub were welcome after a day on the slopes. I highly recommend working with Rick and Discount Timeshare Rentals.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was great, especially Rick Rose who we rented our unit through. We skied, swam and cooked and watched movies in the room. We had a one bedroom with a fully equiped kitchen. We loved the fireplace. My kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room, which was clean and comfortable. The weather was terrific. We will definitely make it a point to go back each year, especially in March for spring skiing.

Hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier. Condo set-up and location was great. Only complaint was that it appeared that the sheets in the master bedroom hadn't been changed prior to our arrival.

A-Mazing!! Loved, loved, loved this place. Clean and new. Kitchen had everything to cook a whole meal. Shuttle bus to the mountain was the best part!! Skiing was awesome! Definitely want to even come back in the summer and check out all the things to do then. Can't wait to come back!

Last February school vacation I went to the Village of Loon Mountain with my husband, daughter, and a friend. We loved the location, the amenities, and especially the price! Rick Rose was fantastic to deal with. I will go back every year now that I've discovered the beauty of a condo rental vs. a hote room!

This winter we used Discount Timeshare Rentals to rent a 1 BR condo at the Village of Loon Mountain. It was our second time using the team.
On both occasions the booking team was responsive and helpful. It was a pleasurable experience, great service and accommodations for the price. Rick even reached out the day of our booking to be sure we were going, as he has another party interested, and should we have to cancel, would make a substitute reservation so we would not be subject to our cancellation fee.
No need to cancel though as our boys were looking forward to skiing and there was fresh snow - we arrived, checked-in easily and had a great two days at Loon. The resort included a well-equipped one BR condo with full kitchen and is just across the street from the mountain with the blue shuttle bus running frequently.
We did take a sleeping bag to use for our younger child it is a King Bed in the Bedroom and pull-out sofa bed in the living room - but there was plenty of room for him. Also, as an FYI, internet is an extra charge at the Village, at $5 per day and you have to use an Ethernet cable. There is wireless on the Mountain itself.
My kids loved the Steam Engine at Loon Mountain and the Village's indoor pools at the end of the day. We choose Loon because of the New England Disabled Sports program and will certainly reach out to Discount Timeshare for our next visit.

I stayed in a two bedroom with loft with 3 children and 2 adults. The unit was updated with flat screen Tv's new furniture and rugs. The unit overlooked Loon Mountain were we went skiing for 2 days and had a free shuttle that ran every few minutes. The health club was great with 2 indoor pools and3 indoor hot tubs and 1 outdoor hot tub. Lots to do and people were great!!!

My family and I stayed at the Village of Loon Mountain for a few days for a quick ski trip and couldn't have asked for a better weekend! The reservation went smoothly and quickly with Rick. He is a great communicator and answers questions promptly.
The Village of Loon is in a prime location. The free shuttle to Loon is great as you do not have to worry about parking at the mountain. The condo itself was very clean, up to date, and even included a ski locker!
Great condo and I will definitely be contacting Rick for future ski trips! -

I booked this through Craigslist with a company called Vacation Internationale and was scared that I was going to get scamed but after talking to Rick...whom I must say is very nice...made me feel at ease and go ahead with it. Well everything worked out well and my family and I had a great vacation. I visit NH twice a year and like to stay in Waterville Valley but because of the great deal I figured I could bite my lip to save almost 500 dollars and stay in Lincoln. We have had issues in Lincoln before but this time was just perfect. The room was very clean and comfty. Anything we needed we were able to call and get. I'm not big on housekeeping due to the fact I like to pick up after myself and liked the fact I didn't have to leave for an hour to have it cleaned. They had a place to bring and swap all your housekeeping needs and the staff were very friendly on making sure you had kept up needs. The view from the room was breath taken and the pool with the basketball hoop was a blast. If you need a great vacation and love to save money...call Rick with Vacation Internationale. Trust me this is no scam. Just for once, a company who cares, and thinks a family vacation should not be a mortgage payment. Thanks Rick for being so nice to us and giving us the extra cash to go do things like 4 people on a Zipline!!! That was always out of our price range:)

We at Discount Timeshare Rentals rent out our timeshare time plus bonus time.
