Enjoyed our stay at South Peak 2B. The rental was very clean, nicely decorated, comfort of home with excellent amenities. The staff from LRS were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Their suggestions were great! Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at South Peak. We look forward to it every year. The only complaint it that the outside deck was filthy and the chairs were so dirty we couldn't sit in them.

the only downside is tht Loonres does not have any posibilty for refund, even under exteeme circumstances, so far that even the night of Hurricane Irene, even we were not able to get there, they wouldn't agree to refund us, however only because there wa
sno lectric that night they did refuind us. otherwaise they are very nice helpful and i would use them again -

Overall the place was great and way more spacious then i needed for two people. One small problem with the smoke detector in the kitchen area that had gone off while we were cooking dinner. After a few phone calls to Loon Reservations and the local fire
department showing up it seemed to be corrected by the next day. Without that incident the stay there was wonderful and i would book with Loon Reservations again -

We did not get to the townhouse the 1st night until late, so it was very dark. The map provided was very confusing and the address provided was not correct. The directions said the name of the road of Terrace Dr but in fact it was Riverside Terrace Drive. On the map, it looked like there were 2 roads after the bridge but in fact it was only one. We guessed on where we needed to be and just decided to try the key. So directions need to be clearer and hte proper street names need to be given.

We had a lot of fun during our stay at South Peak! The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. Everything inside was "high-end" in terms of furnishings and appliances, EXCEPT the coffee maker which was literally falling apart. Also, not being allowed to grill ANYWHERE on the property was a huge disappointment; when I signed the "grilling clause" I mistakenly assumed that it only meant no grilling on the deck/patio outside of the unit. However, that was not the case and we had to drive to the base of Loon Mountain in order to have a cookout. Overall, the positives outweight the negatives and our time was very enjoyable!

We loved the new condos. The condo was clean, and decorated beautifully. We had a great time. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The only few draw backs was 1. no pool access or rec room for the teens. 2. the area of loon seemed to have more empty stores than last time. The area needs a greater variety of stores to draw interest in the summer time. For a family with teenagers and early 20s for children - they were a little bored. We had to go to Conway area for them to have fun. SAD!!
