Although located in the resort, the wooded view and surroundings gives this beautiful vacation home a feeling of seclusion.On the entry level you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Additionally access to the large wrap around deck can be found on this level as well as the main kitchen, dining and living area with large flat-screen TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. My wife and I plus our 5 children rented this house for 3 nights. Awesome location, great layout, especially for large family. No expense was spared on quality of this home. Will definitely rent this property again!

The place was amazing! We had 6 couples and it was so accomodating for all of us. Couldn't have asked for a better set up. The house was very private as well since there was barely anyone next store or across from you.

This is the second time we have rented this unit..location is great,PLENTY of space [for both living and storage] we love it!! The only negative thing I could say is that some of the towel racks in the bathrooms need to be replaced , or tighten...and maybe some additional pots..but other then that I would rate this A+!!

We stayed the last week in July at this wonderful house. It was clean, roomy, comfortable, and very-well furnished. The only thing we would suggest is to put a pool or ping-pong table in the huge, but nearly empty lowest level great room. It would make this place perfect!

The rental house was exactly as it is presented online. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 7 plus a baby. In addition, the management company was responsible, helpful, and organized. I would recommend this home to other travelers.

The property was very nice. Loved the fact that is was new! I Only wish the master bedroom had a flat screen TV and more furniture on the bottom floor. I was highly recommend this and will come back if conditions met.

A great home for generations of family staying together, everyone had their own floor. A lot of room for a big group of people, comfortable seating in the living area and the radiant floor heating is fantastic.

The unit was BIG! View was beautiful. Felt as though the "bonus" room should have had a pool table or TV or some kind of entertainment. Also, trash bags should have been provided, especially since it was our responsibility to remove the trash!

We highly recommend this rental home. The house is a terrific summer vacation home and an excellent value. Some notes: The house is spacious. The location is on a mountainside, and is beautiful, wooded, and secluded. The layout of the house is perfect
for a large-family vacation. The private master bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi on the top floor is huge and luxurious, and the other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are also spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. The bedding is clean and comfortable, with plentyof
pillows and nice bed linens provided. The air conditioning and digital thermostats work well. The bathrooms are done nicely, and are neat and clean. There are plenty of towels provided. Bar soap, facial tissues, and toilet tissue are provided. The washing
machine and dryer work well. The kitchen is fully modernized, with granite counters and solid appliances. Between the kitchen and dining area, there is plenty of seating for meals. The living room upstairs is very comfortable, with 2 couches and 2 Lazy-Boy
easy chairs, and with a large TV and DVD player. There is a wireless network with the router in the living room. The signal is strong throughout the house. There is a hot tub on a downstairs deck, but it’s padlocked and seems to be for the owner’s use only.
Our only suggestion for the owners would be to purchase one or more game tables, such as a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, etc., for the large empty room all the way downstairs on the lowest level. That would make this house a truly complete family
vacation destination. Overall, this Coolidge Falls house is an excellent choice for a vacation rental, and very conducive for a large family group. We would choose it again without hesitation. -

This house is terrific. Spotless, new, Beautiful, spacious, We came with large family, some couples and kids...and everyone had their privacy. I would highly recommend this place. The view from this home is blocked by trees, however, a if you take a walk
on Flume St. you get to see all the sights. -

The property was pretty much new and clean. Liked the furniture and amenties. Very roomy, but hope they could add something to fill the space. For example, the most bottom floor was pretty much empty, and it could be nicer with some entertainment stuffs like pinpong table, foosball, air hockey, playing table, and etc.

We all loved this rental property!!! The only negative thing would be the the noise level..you could hear people talking in the downstairs bedrooms even with doors closed..but I would rent again!!

Heating problem-needs new thermostats. Window not able to be closed. toilet in master on outside wall and froze. House took several repair man visits and half a week to warm up. Radiant heat not great

Coolidge Falls #83 was a wonderful vacation condo. It was more than spacious, so new and clean, and wonderfully near the mountain.

only suggestion is to have someone sweep the stairs and decks. They were filthy, and gave an initial bad impression. Everything else was spotless.
