This multi-level stand alone townhouse is located at the top of Clearbrook I. Enter to the foyer. Below the foyer, on the lowest floor of the townhouse, are two bedrooms, a full bath and a small laundry room with washer and dryer. One bedroom on this floor offers a queen size bed the other, two sets of bunk beds. The floor above the entry holds the kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace and access to the spacious wrap-around deck. We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. We were happy with the place. One item to be aware of is the bedroom on the top floor overlooks the lower level via a cut out in the wall. For most people this wouldn't matter, however we had a small child that was sleeping in our room and would wake up due to our noise downstairs (parents hanging out for a bit after kids go to bed).

Our vacation to the White Mountains was made extra special by the home we rented via Loon Reservations. A real dream house and the service from Loon was outstanding. No complaints at all.

Very nice stay. Place clean and roomy. Would be nice if clean towels were provided throughout the stay and if towels were provided for swimming.

I would highly recommend using Loon Reservation Services and staying in one of the beautiful rental homes. The only downside to Clearbrook 116 was that it was a totally uphill walk to get back to the house.

We had a wonderful time overall. The only negative was the fact that the master bedroom was open to the living room. If the owners would close it in, we would stay there 2-3 times a year. Let me know if it changes. Thanks!
